Claims (1)

모드를 선택하는 모드선택부(1)에서 출력되는 데이터에 의해서 스위치(3)(4)를 전환 제어하도록 하는 모드 스위치 전환제어부(2)와, 상기한 스위치(3)(4)에 의해서 선택된 ECL용 비교기 (6) 및 TTL용 비교기(8)에 각각 기준전압을 발생하도록 하는 ECL용 기준접압 발생부(5), TTL용 기준전압 발생부(7)와, 상기의 비교기에서 출력되는 데이터를 완충하여 겸용시스템에 인가하도록 하는 버퍼(10) 및 부하저항(9)등을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 ECL/TTL 데이터 겸용 고속 입력 변환기.A mode switch switching control unit 2 for switching and controlling the switches 3 and 4 by data output from the mode selecting unit 1 for selecting a mode, and the ECL selected by the switches 3 and 4 described above.
