제4도는 제1도에서 제3도에 도시된 가공률로써 DI캔용 강판을 조질 압연하는 상태를 나타낸 단면도.
제5도는 조질 압연후 DI캔용 강판의 표면 조도 윤곽을 나타낸 단면도.
Claims (1)
- DI캔용 강판으로서, 강판의 중심선 평균 표면조도 Ra가 0.1∼4.0μm의 범위 이내이고, 상기 표면 조도를 구성하는 미세현상이 상부 평탄 표면을 갖는 사다리꼴 산부와 산부의 전부 또는 일부를 둘러싸면서 형성된 홈형 골부 및 상기 골부의 외측에서 골부의 바닥보다 높고 산부의 상부 표면보다 낮거나 같도록 산부 사이에 형성된 중간 평탄부로 구성되며, 다음 관계식을 만족함을 특징으로 하는 DI캔용 강판1.0≤Sm/D≤1.730≤d≤500(㎛)(이 식에서 Sm은 인접한 산부 간의 평균 중심거리, D는 골부의 외주의 평균 직경, d는 산부의 상부 평탄 표면의 평균 직경이다.)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
