제1도는 본 발명에 따른 DI캔용 강판을 조질 압연하는 데에 이용된 가공률의 일부 확대 단면도.
제4도는 제1도에서 제3도에 도시된 가공률로써 DI캔용 강판을 조질 압연하는 상태를 나타낸 단면도.
제5도는 조질 압연후 DI캔용 강판의 표면 조도 윤곽을 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. DI캔용 강판으로서, 강판의 중심선 평균 표면조도 Ra가 0.1∼4.0μm의 범위 이내이고, 상기 표면 조도를 구성하는 미세현상이 상부 평탄 표면을 갖는 사다리꼴 산부와 산부의 전부 또는 일부를 둘러싸면서 형성된 홈형 골부 및 상기 골부의 외측에서 골부의 바닥보다 높고 산부의 상부 표면보다 낮거나 같도록 산부 사이에 형성된 중간 평탄부로 구성되며, 다음 관계식을 만족함을 특징으로 하는 DI캔용 강판
    1.0≤Sm/D≤1.7
    30≤d≤500(㎛)
    (이 식에서 Sm은 인접한 산부 간의 평균 중심거리, D는 골부의 외주의 평균 직경, d는 산부의 상부 평탄 표면의 평균 직경이다.)
