Claims (8)

  1. 히드로실릴화 반응에 의해 얇은막내에서 교차 결합을 형성할 수 있는, 유연재료 피복용 유기폴리실록산 조성물에 있어서, A) 단위분자당 2개 이상의 SiVi기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 유기폴리실록산, B) 단위분자당 3개 이상의 SiH기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 유기히드로폴리실록산, 및 C) 백금군 금속 화합물인 히드로실릴화촉매의 촉매학적 유효량으로 이루어지며, 및 조성물내에 존재하는 SiVi기수의 0.5-60%, 바람직하기로는 1.5~20%가 하기 일반식을 갖는 비닐화 시클로트리실록산으로부터 유래된 것임으로 특징으로 하는 유기폴리실록산 조성물.

    (식중, R은 C1~C4알킬 라디칼, 페닐 라디칼 및 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필 라디칼로부터 선택되며, 바람직하기로는 메틸라디칼이다)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)내에서 R이 메틸 라디칼임을 특징으로 하는 유기폴리실록산 조성물.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 문-용매 상태의 조성물로서 성분(A) 및 (B)의 점도가 조성물의 점도가 40~5.00mPa가 되도록 선택되며, 및 조성물이 부가적으로, D) 주변온도에서 겔의 형성을 방지하는데 유효하나 교차 결합 처리 동안 히드로실릴화 반응을 억제하기에는 불충분한 양의억제제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유기폴리실록산 조성물.
  4. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 실리콘과 병용 가능한 유기용매내에 분산된 상태임을 특징으로 하는 유기폴리실록산 조성물.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 수화 에멀션 상태임을 특징으로 하는 유기폴리실록산 조성물.
  6. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 25℃에서 1~100mPa의 점도 및 1~10%의 OH 중량 함량을 갖는 알파, 오메가-디히드록시디메틸폴리실록산 오일을 성분(A) 100중량부당 0.1~5중량부 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유기폴리실록산 조성물.
  7. 히드로실릴화 반응에 의해 얇은막내에서 교차 결합을 형성할 수 있는, 유연 재료 피복용 유기폴리실록산 조성물에 있어서, A) 단위 분자당 2개 이상의 SiVi기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 유기폴리실록산, B) 단위 분자당 3개 이상의 SiH기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 유기히드로폴리실록산, 및 C) 백금군 금속 화합물인 히드로실릴화 촉매의 촉매학적 유효량을 함유하며, 조성물내의 SiVi기들의 수의 0.5~60%, 바람직하기로는 1.5~20%가 일반식〔R(CH2=CH)SiO〕3(식중, R은 알킬 라디칼, 페닐 라디칼 및 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필라디칼로부터 선택되며, 바람직하기로는 메틸 라디칼이다)을 갖는 비닐화 시클로트리실록산으로부터 유래된 것임을 특징으로 하는 유기폴리실록산 조성물을 피복시키고자 하는 표면 단위 m2당 0.1~10g의 양으로 도포하고, 이어서 상기 조성물을 교차 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 유연재료의 시이트로 하여금 통상적으로 그들이 부착되기 쉬운 표면에 대하여 비부착성을 갖도록 하는 방법.
  8. 히드로실릴화 반응에 의해 얇은막내에서 교차 결합을 형성할 수 있는, 유연재료 피복용 유기폴리실록산 조성물에 있어서, A) 단위 분자당 2개 이상의 SiVi기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 유기폴리실록산, B) 단위 분자당 3개 이상의 SiH기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 유기히드로폴리실록산, 및 C) 백금군 금속 화합물인 히드로실릴화 촉매의 촉매학적 유효량을 함유하며, 조성물내의 SiVi기들의 수의 0.5~60%, 바람직하기로는 1.5~20%가 일반식〔R(CH2=CH)SiO〕3(식중, R은 알킬 라디칼, 페닐 라디칼 및 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필 라디칼로부터 선택되며, 바람직하기로는 메틸 라디칼이다)을 갖는 비닐화 시클로트리실록산으로부터 유래된 것임을 특징으로 하는 유기폴리실록산 교차결합된 조성물로 피복시킨 유연재료.
