Claims (16)

  1. 깨지기 쉬운 제품을 포장하기 위한 단일 보호 포장낭장치에 있어서, 제품을 밀폐가능케 둘러싸고 있으며, 외벽과 그에 일치하는 내벽을 갖되 확장할 수 있는 공동을 사이에 갖는 포장낭과, 그러한 공동안에 포함되고 또 진공하에서 압축상태에 유지되어 있는 압축된 탄성재료의 덩어리가 충격 흡수 상태로 팽창하도록 대기압에 노출되어 상기의 내벽을 상기의 제품과 둘러싸여질 때 일치되는 탄성재료 덩어리로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일의 보호 포장낭장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄성재료가 개방셀로된 다공성 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 포장낭장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 탄성물질이 탄성개방셀폼으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장낭장치.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 탄성 또는 개방셀 다공성재료의 덩어리가 밀폐된 용기내에서 진공으로 압축된 상태에 있고 둘러싸는 것을 뚫을 때 대기압에 노츨되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장낭장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 둘러싸는 것이 유연한 자루로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장낭장치.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 둘러싸는 것이 상기의 재료에 적용되는 유연한 코팅으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장낭장치.
  7. 제 4 항이 있어서, 둘러싸는 것이 상기의 내벽의 적어도일부를 그 요소로써 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장낭장치.
  8. 제 4 항에 있어서, 내벽이 상기의 제품을 수용하기 위한작은낭으로 명시되고, 작은낭이 상기의 외벽보다, 덜 길고 덜 넓으며, 상기의 덩어리가 작은 낭보다, 더 길고 더 넓으며, 팽창시 탄성물질이 실제적으로 상기 제품을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장낭장치.
  9. 깨지기 쉬운 제품을 포장하는 방법에 있어서, 외벽과 그것에 일치하는 내벽을 갖는 포장낭내에 깨지기 쉬운 제품을 밀봉가능하게 감싸주고, 상기벽이 그들 사이에서 팽창할 수 있는 공동을 형성하며, 그리고 상기 공동이 진공상태로 압축되어지고 충격 흡수상태로 팽창하기 위하여 대기압에 노출되도록 한 탄성압축 재료의 덩어리를 포함하며, 그리고 상기 재료 덩어리를 대기압에 노출시켜서 상기 재료가 팽창으로 의해서 상기 내벽이 상기 제품과 함께 일치되도록 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성물질이 탄성개방셀된 다공성 재료로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 재료가 탄성개방셀 포옴으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 탄성 있는 개방셀 다공성재료의 덩어리가 밀폐되게 밀봉한 용기안에서 진공 상태로 압축되고 둘러싸고 있는 것을 천공할 때 대기압에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기의 둘러싸는 것이 유연한 자루로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서 상기의 둘러싸는 것이 상기의 재료에 가해지는 유연한 코팅으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기의 둘러싸는 것이 상기의 내벽의 적어도 일부를 그 요소로써 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기의 내벽이 상기의 제품을 수용하기 위한 작은 낭으로 되고 이 작은 낭은 상기의 외벽보다, 덜 길고 덜 넓게 되어 있고, 상기의 덩어리가 상기의 작은 낭보다, 더 큰 길이와 넓이로 되어 있으며, 팽창시에 상기의 탄성재료가 상기의 제품을 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
