제1도는 본 발명에 의하여 금속 새들을 포함한 연결로드의 부분 단면 정면도이다.
Claims (24)
- 작은 단부와 큰 단부를 구비하고 섬유보강 플라스틱로드 부재와 캡부재 그리고 큰 단부를 한정하도록 로드 및 캡부재를 함께 고정시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 연결로드에 있어서, 고정 수단이 캡부재를 고정할 수 있고 로드부재에 단단히 부착된 금속부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속부재가 새들 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적절히 설계된 새들 구조물 둘레에 그리고 로드부재 둘레에 FRP 재료를 권취시키므로써 새들을 로드부재와 일체로 결합시킨 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속부재가 로드부재의 국부적으로 팽창된 단부를 둘러싸도록 금속부재와 로드부재를 구성한 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 로드부재의 단부가 직사각형 형상이고, 금속부재안의 쐐기형 패널의 측면에 끼워진 쐐기형 돌출부를 형성하도록 팽창된 두 대향 측면을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 웨지형 돌출부를 채널의 측면과 가압 접촉되도록함을 가하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제6항에 있어서, 웨지형 돌출부를 체널의 측면과 가압 접촉되도록 힘을 가하는 수단이 금속부재의 구멍안에 나사 및 시임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결로드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 로드부재의 단부가 금속부재안의 절개부를 충전시키도록 팽창된 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 로드부재의 단부가 직사각형이며 절개부가 사각뿔대 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 로드부재의 단부가 원형이며, 절개부가 원뿔대 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제8항 내지 제 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속부재를 두 부분을 형성하고 각 부분이 절개부의 반부를 구비하고 두 부분이 함께 단단히 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 연결로드.
- 제8항 내지 제 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로드부재의 단부가 재료를 절개부상에 사출성형하므로써 그 팽창부에 의해 절개부안에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결로드.
- 제12항에 있어서, 재료가 짧은 섬유로 보강된 열가소성 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 로드부재의 단부를 사출성형재료가 이에 키이되도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제11항에 있어서, 두 부분이 함께 고정되기 전에 로두부재의 단부 둘레에 위치한 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제15항에 있어서, 로드부재의 단부를 절개부의 측면과 가압 접촉하도록 힘을 가하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결로드.
- 제16항에 있어서, 로드부재의 단부를 절개부의 측면과 가압접촉하도록 힘을 가하는 수단이 금속재료의 구멍안의 나사 및 시임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 연결로드.
- 제4 및 5,8,9,10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 금속부재가 로드부재의 단부 둘레의 위치로 주조된 것을 특징으로 하는 연결로드.
- 제1항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로드부재를 캡부재에 고정시키기 위한 수단이, 금속부재에 고정됨과 동시에 캡부재안의 구멍을 관통하는 스터드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결로드.
- 제1항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로드부재를 캡부재에 고정시키기 위한 수단이 금속부재와 캡부재안의 구멍을 관통하는 볼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결로드.
- 제1항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로드부재를 켑부재에 고정시키기 위한 수단이 캡부재안의 구멍을 관통하는 볼트와, 금속부재안의 탭 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결로드.
- 본원에서 설명한 바와 같은 연결로드.
