Abstract

본 발명은 에어팅크 고정지그(10)에 관한 것으로, 상부의 양측 후면으로는 곡면형상의 고정봉(1)을 각각 부착하고 내측으로는 웨지형상의 요홈(3A)을 형성하였으며 상기한 요홈(3A)의 양측으로는 브라켓(2)을 부착한 받침대(3)와, 상기한 받침대(3)의 브라켓(2)에 축착되며 선단에는 손잡이(4)를 구비한 나사봉(5)과, 받침대(3)의 요홈(3A)에 삽입되며 상부에는 나사봉(5)과 체결되는 너트(6)를 부착하고 상기한 너트(6)의 양측으로는 삽입공(7A)을 각각 형성한 이동판(7)과, 상기한 이동판(7)의 삽입공(7A)에 착탈가능하게 삽입되며 내측으로는 곡면부(9A)를 형성한 보조공정봉(9)으로 이루어진 구성에 의해, 에어탱크(T)의 외주면에 코크(35)와 같은 부품을 조립하는 작업시 에어탱크(T)를 고정시켜 주므로써 불필요한 인력의 낭비없이 부품의 조립을 정확하고 용이하게 할 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상부의 양측 후면으로는 곡면형상의 고정봉(1)을 각각 부착하고 내측으로는 웨지형상의 요홈(3A)을 형성하였으며 상기한 요홈(3A)의 양측으로는 브라켓(2)을 부착한 받침대(3)와, 상기한 받침대(3)의 브라켓(2)에 축착되며 선단에는 손잡이(4)를 구비한 나사봉(5)과, 받침대(3)의 요홈(3A)에 삽입되며 상부에는 나사봉(5)과 체결되는 너트(6)를 부착하고 상기한 너트(6)의 양측으로는 삽입공(7A)을 각각 형성한 이동판(7)과, 상기한 이동판(7)의 삽입공(7A)에 착탈가능하게 삽입되며 내측으로는 곡면부(9A)를 형성한 보조공정봉(9)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 에어탱크 고정지그.
