Claims (14)
- 최소한 하나의 에너지 소산 장치를 구비하며, 에너지 소산장치(12,102, 104,225)는 집적회로 성형의 목적으로, 적절한 기체(10)위에 또는 기체속에 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치 발화요소.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 에너지소산장치(12)는 기체(10)의 표면상에 또는 그 속에 위치하는 전기 저항 요소로 구성되며, 이 저항요소는 니크롬, 텅스텐, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 폴리필리콘 및 규화금속 등의 물질들 중의 최소한 한가지로 구성되며, 또는 확산성 또는 이식성 저항기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 폭발장치 발화요소.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 에너지소산장치는 반도체요소(225)로 구성되며, 이 반도체 요소는, 트란지스터, 전계효과 트란지스터, 4-층장치, 제너 다이오드, 및 발광 다이요드 중 최소한 하나를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치 발화요소,
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 에너지소산장치는 전계효과 요소(90)로 구성되며, 이 요소(90)는 기체위에 상호간격진 두개의 전극(102, 104)을 구비하며, 사용시에는 이 전극들 사이에 전위차가 설치되며, 이에 의해 두 전극 사이에 강도높은 전계를 발생시키고 또는 에너지 방출을 일으키게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치 발화요소.
- 청구범위 1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 에너지 소산장치와 인접하여 폭약(60, 222)을 구비하며, 상기 에너지소산장치를 작동화시키면 에너지소산에 의해 폭약을 기폭시키게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치 발화요소.
- 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 용기(72)를 결합하여 사용하며, 이 용기속에는 폭발장치 발화요소와 함께, 액상의 또는 기체의 폭약의 밀폐수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치 발화요소.
- 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 폭약(222)은 최소한 기체(20, 212)의 표면에 또는 그 기체에 부착된 표면층위에 접착되며, 접착 촉진제를 사용하여, 폭약과 기체표면 사이의 결합이 개선되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치 발화요소.
- 청구범위 1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 기체(20, 212)는 반도체식 전자장치를 형성하며, 여기에는 집적회로가 구비되어, 폭발장치 발화요소의 작동을 제어할 수 있게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치 발화요소.
- 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 반도체식 전자장치는, 에너지소산장치에 연결된 과다전압 보호장치(30)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치 발화요소.
- 청구범위 8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 반도체식 전자장치는 에너지소산장치에 연결된 스위치장치(14)를 구비하여, 유도전류에 대한 보호를 제공하고 폭약의 기폭을 정확하게 제어할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치 발화요소.
- 청구범위 8항 내지 10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 에너지 소산장치는 반도체식 전자장치와 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치 발화요소.
- 하우징(72)이 구비되며, 이 하우징내에는 폭약물질과 함께 청구범위 8항 내지 11항에 의한 폭발장치 발화요소가 설치되 있으며, 이 폭약물질은 상기 폭약에 의해 기폭되게끔 배열되 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치.
- 청구범위 12항에 있어서, 에너지 축적장치(84)가 구비되어 에너지 소산장치 및 집적항로에 전력에너지를 가할 수 있게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폭발장치.
- 여러개의 폭발장치를 상호 연결된 상태로 구비하며, 이 폭발장치들은 청구범위 12항 또는 13항에 의한 것이며, 또한 개개 폭발장치의 발화를 제어하는 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수차적 폭파시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
