Claims (1)
- 대두 또는 대두유를 효모로 발효하는 것을 특징으로 하여 비소화성 과당류인 라피노스(Raffinose), 스타키오스(Stachyose)를 분해시키는 동시에 대두취를 제거시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대두 또는 대두유의 발효법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
