Description
Claims (15)
- 납의 층으로 피복되고 활성소재 및 전류의 공급과 추출을 위한 캐리어로서 작용하는 팽창 동 금속의 장방형 평면 격자판의 형태이며, 팽창 금속의 신장 방향은 연결러그가 배치되는 장평형 판의 측부에 대하여 평행하게 연장되고, 금속 전류 전도 스트립이 관련측부에 제공되어 그의 전 길이에 걸쳐 연장되어 연결러그에 연결되어 있는 납 축전지용 음극에 있어서, 격자판(11)은 팽창 동 금속(14)의 두개의 측부대역 및 연결러그(13)을 형성토록 일측부에서 팽창 동 금속(14)의 대역을 지나 돌출하는 단일로 배치된 평평한 동 스트립(12)으로 구성시키고, 전류 전도스트립은 격자판의 연결 러그 측부 위치된 팽창 동 금속(14)의 대역의 변부(16)에서 웨브(15)에 의하여 형성시키되, 상기 웨브는 적당히 절단하여 상호 접촉하도록 서로를 향하여 만곡시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,동 스트립(12)을 격자판(11)의 중앙에 대하여 편심되면서도 중앙에 비교적 가깝게 배치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 1항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,웨브(15)를 그의 길이가 두개의 접속점(17) 사이의 상측변부(16)에서 상측변부(16)에 대하여 평행하게 연장되는 팽창 금속망(19)의 대각선(18)의 길이의 절반에 사실상 동일하도록 절단시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 하나에 있어서,접촉하는 만곡웨브(15)의 접촉 연결을 그 뒤의 주석도금 및 또는 납 도금에 의한 납땜 연결에 의하여 보충시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 하나에 있어서,동 스트립(12)에 그의 길이에 걸쳐 분포되는 구멍(20), 특히 천공된 구멍(20)을 형성시키되, 연결러그(13) 또는 상측변부(16)의 바로 아래의 대역에는 구멍을 형성시키지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,각 구멍(20)은 칼라(21)로 둘러싸되 상기 칼라(21)는 구멍(20)의 대역으로부터 천공에 의하여 압착된 동 재료로 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,칼라(21)를 동 스트립(12)의 일측 또는 타측에 교대로 위치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 하나에 있어서,동 스트립(12)을 두개의 연결러그(13,13′)를 형성토록 격자판(11)의 양단부에서 팽창 동 금속(14)의 대역을 지나 돌출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한항에 있어서,플라스틱의 기초 스트립(26)을 사출성형 또는 압출에 의하여 격자판(11)의 기초에 설치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 하나에 있어서,전류 전도 스트립을 격자판(11)의 하측변부에 또한 배치시키고 상부에서 전류전도 스트립에 유사하게 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,격자판(11)을 분리재료 및 양단부에 또한 연결러그(13″,13″′)를 갖는 양극(23)과 교대로 하우징(22)에 수평으로 배치시키고, 겔-형 또는 플리이스 결합 전해질을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지용 음극.
- 제 8 항에 따른 음극을 갖는 납 축전지에 있어서,격자판(11)을 분리재료 및 양단부에 연결러그(13″,13″′)를 갖는 양극(23)과 교대로 하우징(22)에서 수평으로 연장되는 동 스트립(12)에 대하여 수직으로 배치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 따른 음극을 갖는 납 축전지에 있어서,바람직 하기로는 유리섬유 매트분리기에 삽입되는 양극(23)을 중력 주조격자로서 또는 관상판으로 국성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지.
- 제13항에 있어서,양성 조성물(30)로 채워지는 가느다란 관(31)의 코어(29)를 기초 스트립(28)을 지나 돌출시켜 연결단자(33)를 갖는 전류전도 스트립(34)에 납땜 또는 용접시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지.
- 제13항에 있어서,양성 조성물로 채워지는 가느다란 관(31)에는 또한 전류전도 스트립(34)으로서 동시에 작용하는 기초 스트립(28)을 내포시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 납 축전지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
