Claims (6)

  1. (ⅰ) 액상 금속 화합물 및 금속화합물의 용액과 졸들로 구성된 군에서 선택된 한 원액의 조절된 양을 기재상에 조절된 얇은 막이 형성될 수 있도록 액체막을 형성시킬 수 있는 장치를 사용하여 주행 평활면 기재에 공급하고, 또는 (ⅱ)액상 금속화합물 및 금속화합물의 용액과 졸들로 구성된 군에서 선택된 한 일 원을 주행 평활면 기재에 일단 코팅하고 코팅된 막의 두께를 조절하여 얇은 막을 형성하고 나서, (ⅲ) 그 형성된 얇은 막을 응고하여 그 막을 박편상 물질로 전환하고 이어 기재에서 그 박편상 물질을 각리해냄을 특징으로 하는 박편상 물질 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 주행 평활면 기재가 로울형, 벨트형, 시이트형 및 필름형으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 한 일원임을 특징으로 하는 박편상 물질 제조방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 주행 평활면 기재상에 조절된 얇은 막을 형성시키는 장치가 개량펌프와 슬릿 노즐의 결합임을 특징으로 하는 박편상 물질의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 주행 평활면 기재상에 조절된 얇은 막을 형성시키는 장치가 로울 한개 내지 다수의 로울을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 박편상 물질 제조방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 주행 평활면 기재상에 조절된 얇은 막을 형성시키는 장치가 한개의 로울 및 공기칼, 바아코터, 계량로울 또는 훑개중 한개의 도로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 박편상 물질 제조방법.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 코팅된 막의 두께를 조절하는 수단이 공기칼, 바아코터, 훑개, 계량로을 및 독터 로울임을 특징으로 하는 박편상 물짙 제조방법.
