제7도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 있어서의 블록히이터의 개략설명도.

Claims (2)

  1. 유리벌브를, 관축을 중심으로 지지하는 밀봉호울더와, 상기 밀봉호울더를 외주단부에 복수개 같은 간격으로 배치하여 일정한 방향으로 소정의 피치로 회전이동하는 인덱스테이블과, 상기 인덱스테이블에 배치되며 또한 상부에 전자총구체를 탑재하고 하부에 배기관을 가진 스템구체를 장착하는 마운트핀과, 상기 스템구체와 유리벌브넥부를 가열가공하는 가공헤드를 적어도 구비해서 이루어진 브라운관의 밀봉장치에 있어서, 상기 가공헤드는 히이터부를 상시 인덱스테이블의 회전개시전 혹은 회전개시와 동시에 인덱스테이블 밖으로 이동하고 정지와 동시에 인덱스테이블위로 이동하는 구동부와, 이 구동부에 의해서 구동되며 또한 인덱스테이블 정지중에 벌브넥부의 거의 전체둘레를 둘러싸서 가열시키는 상기 히이터부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운관의 밀봉장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 히이터부가, 상기 유리벌브넥부의 외경과 거의 같은 내경을 가지며 또한 인덱스테이블 외주의 거의 접선방향으로 개폐하는 2개의 반원형상의 블록히이터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운관의 밀봉장치.
