Claims (8)

  1. 알류미늄합금의 열분석용 도가니에 있어서, 상기 도가니의 적어도 내측벽에 적어도 부번적으로 정련제막으로 덮여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 합금의 열분석용 도가니.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정련제막이 벽을 완전히 덮고 있으며 그 막 두께는 0.01내지 0.1mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 합금의 열분석용도가니.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정련제는 적인임을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 합금의 열분석용 도가니.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적인은 입도가 100㎛ 이하인 분말형태임을 특징으로 하는 알류미늄 합금의 열분석용 도가니.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적인은 알루미늄 디포스페이트를 500g/ℓ포함하는 용액에 의해서 벽에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 합금의 열분석용도가니.
  6. 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 적인대 결합체의 중량비는 1:4 내지 1:1 사이임을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 합금의 열분석용 도가니.
  7. 상기 도가니에서 합금의 초기 응고온도를 측정하여 그 온도를 비교함으로써 똑같은 조성의 합금에 대해서 실리콘 함유량에 따른 초기 응고온도의 이론적 곡선을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과공정 알루미늄 합금의 실리콘 함유량 측정을 위한 제1항의 도가니 이용방법.
  8. 피막 없는 도가니와 본 발명에 따른 도가니에서의 합금의 초기응고 온도를 측정 비교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 실리콘과 공정합금의 정련정도 측정을 위한 제1항의 도가니 이용방법.
