Claims (1)

  1. 방풍유리(2)를 반송하여 차량보디(12)에 장착하는 차량용 방풍유리(2)의 장착장치에 있어서, 접착제에 의하여 차량보디(12)에 장착되는 접착식 방풍유리와 시일고무를 게재해서 차량보디(12)에 장착되는 시일고무식 방풍유리의 양쪽을 반송가능한 제 1 의 방풍유리 반송장치(4)와, 이 제 1 의 방풍유리 반송장치(4)에 부설되어 있고, 당해 제 1 의 방풍유리 반송장치(4)에 의하여 반송되는 상기 접착식 방풍유리에 접착제를 도포하는 접착제 도포장치(28)와, 이 접착제 도포장치 (28)에 의하여 도포된 접착제도포상태의 양부를 판정하는 도포상태 판정수단(86)과, 상기 접착제 도포장치(28)보다도 방풍유리 반송방향 하류쪽위치에 있어서 상기 제 1 의 방풍유리 반송장치(4)에 연설되고, 상기 접착제도포장치(28)에 의하여 접착제가 도포된 접착식 방풍유리를 상기 차량보디(12)에 장착하는 방풍유리 자동장착장치(32)와, 상기 제 1 의 방풍유리 반송장치(4)의 방풍유리 반송방향 하류쪽 단부에 접속해서배설되고, 이 제 1 의 방풍유리 반송장치(4)에 의해서 반송된 상기 시일고무식 방풍유리를 차량보디(12)의 방풍유리 수동장착위치(88)에 반송하는 제 2 의 방풍유리 반송장치(6)와, 상기 도포상태판정수단(86)에 의하여 접착식 방풍유리의 접착제의 도포불량이 판정되었을 때에는 상기 제 1 의 방풍유리 반송장치(4)에 의한 자동장착장치(32)에의 반송대신에 상기 제 2 의 방풍유리 반송장치(6)에 의한 상기 방풍유리 수동장착위치(34)에의 반송으로 절환하는 반송제어수단을 구비하여서 이루어진 차량용 방풍유리 장착장치.
