제 1 도는 본 발명의 클린루움에 있어서의 공기청정 장치의 한 실시예를 도시하는 종단면도. 제 2 도는 종래의 클린루움에 있어서의 공기청정 장치의 종단면도.

(A) : 클린루움, (B) : 터널부, (C) : 통로부, (D') : 리턴챔버, (1) : 청정공기 분출공간부, (2) : 청정공기 분출구, (3) : 플리넘챔버, (4) : 송풍기, (5) : 초고성능 필터.

Claims (1)

  1. 서로 마주하는 양측 터널부 사이에 통로부가 배치된 클린루움에 있어서, 상기 각 터널부의 정부(頂部)에, 그 터널부 및 상기 통로부로 향하여 개구하는 청정공기 분출 공간구를 각각 하면 및 측면에 가지는 청정공기 분출 공간부를 배치하고, 상기 터널부에 인접하는 리턴 챔버 정부에 상기 청정공기 분출 공간부에 대한 청정공기 공급용의 송풍기 및 초고성능 필터를 내장한 플리넘 챔버를 배치해서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클린루움에 있어서의 공기 청정장치.
