Claims (10)
- (A) 최소한 15mM(배양물에 제공된 전체 배지내의 시안화 이온 및/또는 시안화 수소)과 동등한 농도에서 배양물의 발효조건하에 시안화 이온 및/또는 시안화 수소를 생성하는 화합물 및/또는 시안화 이온 및/또는 시안화 수소를 계속적으로 공급하면서 많아야 0.11hr-1인 희석율, 28-34℃ 온도 및 pH 4.5-7.5에서 적당한 무기영양분 및 탄소원을 포함하는 수성배양액내에 미생물 균주를 호기상태에서 계속적으로 배양하고 (B) 배양액으로부터 시안화물 가수분해효소를 포함하는 세포를 회수하는 단계로 구성되는, 시안화물 가수분해효소를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미생물 균주가 Fusarium 균주인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 균주가 Fusarium lateritium Nees 균주 CMI 300533 또는 그것의 돌연변이주 또는 변형주인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배양단계 (A)에서 탄소 또는 산소 제한 또는 이중의 탄소 및 산소 제한 조건하에 미생물 균주를 배양하는 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소원이 포도당인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시안화 이온 및/또는 시안화 수소원이 2-10m mole/g 건조 세포중량인 전체 배지내의 농도에서 배양물에 제공된 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 시안화 이온 및/또는 시안화 수소원이 4-6m mole/g 건조 세포중량인 전체 배지내의 농도에서 배양물에 제공된 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, PH 5.0-6.0 인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 온도가 30-32℃인 방법.
- 본 발명에 따라 제조된 시안화물 가수분해효소로 구성되는 조성물 또는 시안화물 가수분해효소로 재료를 처리하는 것으로 구성되는, 시안화물을 포함하는 재료를 처리하는 시안화물을 분해하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
