Claims (21)

  1. 래프사의 필라멘트가 코어사의 필라멘트보다 1내지 14% 더 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 연속 멀티필라멘트 권축 코어사와 적어도 하나의 연속 멀티필라멘트 권축 래프사로 이루어진 루프파일 카펫으로 사용하기에 적합한 연속 멀티필라멘트 권축폴리아미드사.
  2. 래프사의 필라멘트가 코어사의 필라멘트보다 1내지 14% 더 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 연속 멀티필라멘트 권축 코어사와 적어도 하나의 연속 멀티필라멘트 권축 래프사로 이루어진 루프파일 카펫으로 사용하기에 적합한 연속 멀티필라멘트 권축폴리프로필렌사.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 래프사내의 필라멘트 약간이 서로 가볍게 결합됨을 더욱 특징으로하는 사.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 래프사가 코어사의 약 70내지 90%의 원통형 용적을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 사.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 1회 꼬임/인치(39회 꼬임/미터)의 보일-오프후 꼬임을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 사.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 사가 진정꼬임을 거의 갖지 않는 사.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 사가 적어도 2회 꼬임/인치(79회 꼬임/미터)의 보일-오프후 꼬임을 갖는 사.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 래프사가 불규칙 반전 코일내의 코어사 둘레에 래핑된 사.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 10%미만의 미권축 필라멘트를 추가로 포함하는 사.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 미권축 필라멘트가 대전방지성을 갖는 사.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 코어사가 불규칙 반전코일내의 짧은 코어사의 주변에 전개하는 사의 축위에 배열된 사.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 래프사가 코어사의 약 70 내지 85%의 원통형 용적을 가짐을 더욱 특징으로 하는 사.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 권축코어사가 폴리프로필렌인 사.
  14. (a) 가열대역을 통하여 다른 장력하에 적어도 2개의 멀티필라멘트 권축 폴리아미드사를 가연상태로 공급하고, (b) 가연된 사를 포화증기로 가열시키고, (c) 이 사를 다시 가연시키는 단계를 포함하는 루프 파일카펫으로 사용하기에 적합한 연속 멀티필라멘트 권축 폴리아미드사의 제조방법.
  15. (a) 가열대역을 통하여 다른 장력하에 적어도 2개의 멀티필라멘트 권축 폴리아미드사를 가연상태로 공급하고, (b) 가연된 사를 포화증기로 가열시키고, (c) 이 사를 다시 가연시키는 단계를 포함하는 루프 파일카펫으로 사용하기에 적합한 연속 멀티필라멘트 권축 폴리프로필렌사의 제조방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 15항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 권축사의 고장력사 적어도 하나에 대한 장력비 약 0.02 내지 0.25gpd 이고, 다른 저장력 멀티 필라멘트 권축사 적어도 하나에 대한 장력이 약 0.008 내지 0.16gpd이고, 저장력사의 장력이 고장력사보다 0.012 내지 0.16gpd 더 낮은 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 사가토크제트 속에서 가연되는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 포화증기가 공류수로부터 거의 제거되는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 권취속도가 200ypm(183mpm) 이상인 사를 권취하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 저장력사와 고장력사 간에 사가 만나는 각이 적어도 약 10°인 방법.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트 권축사의 고장력사 적어도 하나에 대한 장력이 약 0.04 내지 0.16 gpd이고, 저장력사의 장력이 고장력보다 0.032 내지 0.10gpd 더 낮은 방법.
