Claims (5)
- (a) 외부에서 가열되는 용기내에 수용되어 있고, 용점부근의 온도에 유지되어 있는 용금내에 냉각물체를 담그어서 서서히 응고시키는 단계, 응고속도는 냉각유체의 흐름과 용기가열용 전력 및 용기의 열절연등의 복합적용에 의해 조절된다.(b) 생성된 소형결정들을 용기의 바닥에 수집하는 단계.(c) 피스톤으로 용기의 바닥부를 압축함에 의해 상기 소형결정들을 소결시켜 대형결정을 형성하는 단계(d) 아직 액체상태인, 불순물이 농축된 용기 상부의 용금을 용기를 기울여서 방출시킴으로써 상기 정련된 대형결정을 분리해 내는 단계로 구성되는 분별결정작용에 의한 금속, 특히 알루미늄 정련방법에 있어서, 정련효율을 제고시키기 위해 정련된 부분으로부터 불순용금이 모두 방류될때까지 상기 용기를 기울인 자세로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분별결정작용에 의한 금속정련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방류시간이 5분∼1시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 분별결정작용에 의한 금속정련 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방류작업시 단지 열손실을 보충하는데 충분한 정도의 열을 상기 정련된 부분에 가해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 분별결정작용에 의한 금속정련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 압력은 방류작업중에 상기 정련된 부분에 가해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 분별결정작용에 의한 금속정련방법.
- 제3항 및 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 및 가압은 동시에 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분별결정작용에 의한 금속정련방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
