Claims (1)

  1. 턴테이블축(10)에 착설되는 턴테이블(11) 하측의 저면부(12)에 돌출대(18)를 형성하여 균일한 전계분포를 얻도록 한 것에 있어서, 돌출대(18)가 도파관(17)과 동일방향으로 연장되고 턴테이블축(10)에 대하여 대칭이며, 그 폭이 80mm이고 높이는 3-4mm이며, 턴테이블축 중심으로부터의 길이가 95-100mm의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 고주파 가열장치.
