제 1 도는 실시예 1에서 얻은 복합섬유재료 특성을 표시하는 것으로, 폴리에틸렌 섬유와 케블러 29와의 복합비율과 크리이프 뒤틀림의 관계를 표시하는 도면.
제 2 도는 실시예 2에서 얻은 복합섬유재료 특성을 표시하는 것으로, 폴리에틸렌 섬유와 케블러 29와의 복합 비율과 크리이프 뒤틀림의 관계를 표시하는 도면.
Claims (9)
- 고강력, 고탄성률 폴리에틸렌섬유(A)와 전방향족계 폴리아미드섬유(B) 및 또는 전방향족계 폴리 에스테르섬유(C)를 주성분으로 이루어지는 복합섬유 재료이며, (A)의 함유량이 50내지 95중량%, (B)및 또는 (C)의 함유량이 5내지 50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (A)의 인장강도가 20g/데니어 이상, 인장탄성률이 500g/데니어 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유재료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, (A)의 함유량이 60내지 85중량%, (B) 및 또는 (C)의 함유량이 15내지 40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 3항에 있어서, (B) 및 (C) 어느 것도 인장강도가 15g/데니어 이상, 인장탄력성률이 500g/데니어 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 4항에 있어서, (A)의 단섬유 데니어가 0.5내지 20데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 5항에 있어서, (B) 및 (C)의 단섬유 데니어가 0.5내지 10데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6항에 있어서, 복합섬유재료가 스트랜드인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 복합재료가 선상 FRP로드인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유재료.
