Claims (10)

  1. 3차원의 골격구조물을 형성하는 모듀울망으로되어 펼침위치와 다발로 묶어진 접힘상태 사이로 축선회되게 상호연결되면서 이동하고, 골격구조물이 펄쳐졌을때 3차원의 입체화되어지는 각각의 모듀울과 교차되어 축선회되게 연결된 1상의 버팀목에 의해 각각 형성된 각각의 반대측면들을 갖춘 모듀울들과, 상기 버팀목의 각선단에 인접하여 축선회되게 연결된허브수단등으로 이루어진 이동식 차양골격구조물에 있어서, 상기골격구조물이 펼쳐쳤을때 일부 모듀울들은 골격구조물의 상부를 형성하고, 다른 일부 모듀울들은 골격구조물의 상기 상부로부터 아래쪽 방향으로 연장된 여러개의 모듀울변들을 형성하되, 상기 모듀울변들은 직립위치에 있는 상기 상부를 지지하기 위하여 분리아아크부로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 차양골격구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부는 정방형이나 직사각형으로 되어 있으며, 상기 인접한 아아크부는 상부의 모서리사이에서 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 차양골격구조물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모듀울의 제1세트화된 모듀울들은 대칭으로 교차되면서 축선회되는 측면들이나 선단들과같이 교차되이 축선회되어지는 여러쌍의 버팀목에 형성된 반대측면들과 반대선단들에 의해 경계되어져 있는 한편, 상기 모듀울의 제2세트화된 모듀울들은 비대칭으로 교차되면서 축선회되는 여러쌍의 버팀목에 형성된 반대측면물과 반대선단들에 의해 경계되어져 있되, 상기 제2세트화된 모듀울의 반대측면들은 비대칭으로 교차되어 축선회되어지는 여러쌍의 버팀목에 의해 이루어지고 각각의 아아크부는 제1,2세트화된 모듀울의 상호설치에 의해 형성되어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 차양골격구조물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모든 모듀울들은 동일한 길이로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 차양골격구조물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부는 적어도 1개의 아아크부를 갖춘 모든 측면들상에 설치되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 차양골격구조물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접혀지고 펼쳐지는 골격구조물에는 가요성의 재질로된 덮개가 연결되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 차양골격구조물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접혀지고 펼쳐지는 골격구조물에는 정방형의 내외부면이 펼쳐져 나타나는 모듀울과, 다른 직사각형태의 내부외면이 펼쳐져 나타나는 다른 모듀울들을 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 차양골격구조물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아아크부의 적어도 1개이상은 모서리에 인접한 상부로부터 밑쪽방향으로 지지된 일련의 제1모듀울들과 상부중앙부의 모서리에 정렬된 상기 일련의 제1모듀울의 가장자리에 연장된 수직방향을 따라 결합된 일련의 제2모듀울에 의해 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 차양골격구조물.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다른 아아크부는 모서리에 인접한 상기 상부중앙부로부터 밑쪽방향으로 지지된 일련의 제3모듀울에 의해 형성되되, 상기 일련의 제3모듀울은 다른 일련의 모듀울과 나란히 관계로 분리되어지면서 결합되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 차양골격구조물.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아아크부의 적어도 1개이상은 이러한 모서리에서 삼각형으로되어지는 상부의 한쪽 모서리에 고량관계로 위치하면서 인접한 모듀울에 상기 삼각형모듀울의 정점이 분리되어질 수 있는 결합시키는 수단들을 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 차양골격구조물.
