제2도는 생성된 노 생성물을 갖는 탄화 규소 어키슨-형 노의 대표적인 단면도이다.
제4도는 본 발명의 바람직한 방법을 도식적으로 표현한 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 규조원, 탄소원 및 강자성(ferromagnetic) 요소원을 혼합하고; 혼합물을, 그 중심부분부터, 온도구배를 혼합물의 중심부분과 외측부분사이에 설정하면서, 탄화 규소를 함유하는 원통을 형성시키기에 충분한 온도로 가열한 다음(이로써 언급된 강자성 요소가 언급된 중심 부분에서 외측부분으로 이동한다); 원통을 냉각시키고; 원통을 분쇄하여 입상 물질을 형성시킨 다음; 입상 물질의 분획을 자기적으로 분리시켜고 고품질 분획으로서 잔류물을 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 탄화규소를 생성시키고 이의 고품질 분획을 분리시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 규소원이 실리카 모래이고, 탄소원이 분쇄되거나 분말화된 석탄 또는 코우크스이며, 강자성요소가 입상고체인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 강자성 요소가 실리카 모래중에 함유되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 강자성 요소가 철, 철화합물, 철합금, 니켈, 니켈합금, 니켈화합물, 코발트, 코발트화합물, 코발트합금 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택된 입상 고체중에 함유되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 강자성 요소가 철과 규소로 이루어진 합금중에 함유되는 방법.
