Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)
    의 (±)4(R*), 5(R*), 7(S*)-5-α-히드록시벤질-1-메틸-4-페닐피롤리딘-2-온을 염기 존재하에서, 필요에 따라서 보조제 존재하에서, 불활성 유기 용매 중에서 산화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 (±)3(S*), 4(R*), 5(R*), 7(S*)-3-히드록시-5-α-히드록시벤질-1-메틸-4-페닐피롤리딘-2-온(Ⅰ)의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제로서 무기 또는 유기 퍼옥소 화합물, 산소, 오존 또는 산소 전이제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 엔올테이트 형성에 적합한 염기 또는 3급 아민을 염기로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 아인산염을 보조제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 산화를 아인산 트리에틸 존재하에서, 테트라 히드로푸란 또는 헥사메틸인산 트리아미드, 또는 이를 용매의 혼합물 증에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 산화 반응을 -100℃ 내지 +20℃, 적합하기로는 -78℃ 내지 0℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)
    의 (±)4(R*), 5(R*), 7(S*)-5-α-히드록시벤질-1-메틸-페닐피롤리딘-2-온.
  8. 하기 구조식(Ⅲ)
    의 (±)4(R*), 5(R*)-5-포르밀-1-메틸-4-페닐-피롤리딘-2-온.
  9. 하기 구조식(Ⅳ)
    의 (±)4(R*), 5(R*)-5-벤조일-l-메틸-4-페닐피롤리딘-2-온.
  10. 하기 구조식(Ⅷ)
    의 (±)4(R*), 5(R*)-5-히드록시메틸-1-메틸-4-페닐-피롤리딘-2-온.
