Claims (2)

  1. 본문에 상술한 바와같이, 디옥틸 프탈레이트 41.2부와 폴리염화비닐페이스트레진 18.8부를 가열 교반하여 얻은 고화물, 스테아린산염 2.38부, 황 0.2부, 아연화 1.3부 및 디옥탈아디페이트 5부를 혼합 교반하여 얻은 용해물, 다반 0.14부, E.Z. 0.16부, 이산화티탄 0.53부, 산화철 0.22부 및 35%의 암모니아수 1.5부를 혼합 교반하여 얻은 용해물, 염화암모늄 0.19부와 디옥틸아디페이트 11.8부를 가열하여 얻은 용해물, 디옥틸아디페이트 11.8부, 폴리염화비닐페이스트레진 18.8부, M.Z. 1.27부 및 탄산칼슘 21.1부를 교반하여 얻은 용해물,등을 교반기에 넣고 가열 교반하여 얻은 최종 용해물을 천연석이나 천연목에 주형하고 경과후 탈형하여서 된 모조천연석 형틀의 제법.
  2. 디옥틸 프탈레이트 41.2부와 폴리염화비닐페이스트레진 18.8부를 가열 교반하여 얻은 고화물, 스테아린산염 2.38부, 황 0.2부, 산화아연 1.3부 및 디옥틸아디페이트 5부를 혼합 교반하여 얻은 용해물, 다반 0.14부, E.Z.0.16부, 이산화티탄 0.53부, 산화철 0.22부 및 35%의 암모니아수 1.5부를 혼합 교반하여 얻은 용해물, 염화암모늄 0.19부와 디옥틸아디페이트 11.8부를 가열하여 얻은 용해물, 디옥틸아디페이트 11.8부, 폴리염화비닐페이스트레진 18.8부, M.Z. 1.27부 및 탄산칼슘 21.1부를 교반하여 얻은 용해물, 등을 교반기에 넣고 가열 교반하여 얻은 최종 용해물로 모조 천연석의 형틀을 제조함에 있어서, 전기한 최종 용해물을 18˚~179℃에서 고화물이 될 때까지 가열, 교반하고 계속해서 179℃~240℃에서 용해될때까지 교반하여 용해시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 기재의 모조천연석의 형틀 제법.
