창틀용 골조

본 고안은 고정창과 개폐창이 하나의 창틀에 설치되는 창문에 사용되는 창틀용 골조에 대한 것이다.
종래에는 이와 같은 창문을 설치할 경우 창틀의 골조가 상하부와 양측부의 골조가 각기 다른 구조로 되어있고, 또 고정창에 부착되는 유리를 착설하기 위한 지지골조가 별도로 들어가므로 하나의 창문을 만들기 위해 최소한 다섯종류이상의 골조가 소요되므로 제작이 번거롭고 운반 및 보관이 불편하며 시공작업이 복잡하게 됨은 물론 여러종류의 골조를 다루어야 되므로 취급이 용이하지 못한 점등의 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 점들을 해결하기위해 기존의 기본골조에 유리고정편이 돌설된 지지골조를 결합하여 사용토록 하므로 두가지의 골조만으로 창틀을 구성할 수 있게 하여 제작과 취급 및 시공이 편리하도록 고안한 것으로 첨부 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
호차용 레일판(3)(3')이 돌설된 기본골조(1)의 일측면판(2) 상단부를 내측으로 절곡하여 협지편(4)을 형성하고 유리판(5) 고정구(6)를 감착하는 감착편(7)(7')과 고정편(8)이 상면에 돌설되고 일측에는 받침편(9)이 하향 절곡되고 타측에는 협착구(10)가 형성된 지지골조(11)를 기본골조(1)에 결착시켜 창문(12)의 창틀골조로 사용하도록한 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 고정창(a)과 개폐창(b)이 하나의 창틀에 설치되는 창문을 시공할려면, 제2도와같이 고정창이 상측이고 개폐창이 하측일 경우에는 창틀의 상부와 양측부는 내측으로 절곡된 기본골조(1)의 측면판(2)상단 협지편(4)이 지지골조(11)의 협착구(10)에 감착되게하고 받침편(9)은 타측면판의 내측으로 감삽되게 기본골조(1)에 지지골조(11)를 결합한 것으로 시공하고 하부에는 기본골조(1)만 시공토록하여 개폐창 저면에 착설한 호차가 활지되게 레일판(3)(3')이 노출되게 하면된다.
이와같이 창틀을 시공한 후 고정창의 경우에는 제2도와 같이 지지골조(11)에 돌설한 감착편(7)(7')에 고정구(6)를 감착하여 고정편(8)과의 사이에 유리판(5)이 협착되도록 하면 고정창과 개폐창이 하나의 창문에 설치되는 창문을 시공할 수 있는 것으로, 종래와는 달리 창틀을 기본골조(1)와 지지골조(11)의 두가지 종류만 사용하고도 설치할 수 있기 때문에 골조의 종류가 대폭감소되어 제작공정의 단축은 물론부품의 취급 및 운반과 보관이 간편 용이하고 시공작업이 편리하게 되는 등 매우 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 호차용 레일판(3)(3')이 돌설된 통상의 기본골조(1)의 측면판 상단부에 협지편(4)을 내측으로 절곡하여 받침편(9)이 하향 절곡되고 타측에는 협착구(10)가 형성된 지지골조(11)를 결합시켜 고정창과 개폐창을 하나의 창문에 설치하는 창틀에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 창틀용 골조.
