Claims (1)
- 옥수수 전분 가공 공정중 침지 공정에서 나오는 옥수수 침지액(고형분 함량 30~60%의 것)을 전량 또는 타원료와 혼합하여 간장 원료로서 염산 분해법에 의한 간장제조방법과 산분해 반응후 탄산소다염(NaHCO3,Na2CO3등)으로 pH 4~5로 1차 중화후 칼슘염(CaCO3, Ca(OH)2등)또는 가성소다(NaOH)로 pH 5~7이 되게 2차 중화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥수수 침지액을 원료로 한 간장의 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
