Claims (11)
- (A) 혐기적 중합성 프레폴리머; (B) 자유라디칼 개시제; 그리고 (C) 삼차 아민과 이산화황의 착물로 구성된 가속제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 개시제에 대하여 효과적인 양의 자유 라디칼 안정제도 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 아크릴 물질로 구성된 혐기적 중합성 프레폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 삼차아민이 3차 N,N′-알킬 아릴아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 삼차아민이 N,N′-디메틸-p-톨루이딘, N,N′-디에틸-p-톨루이딘 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에서 5항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자유라디칼 개시제가 유기 과산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에서 6항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 착물(C)가 삼차아민과 이산화황의 1 : 1몰 착물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에서 7항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자유라디칼 개시제와 가속제가 부가적 착물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 아크릴 물질이 지방족 유기 디아크릴레이트, 지방족 유기 트리아크릴레이트 그리고 그들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 산소 존재하에서 제1항에서 9항의 어느 한 항의 수지 조성물을 물체에 칠한 뒤 상기 물체를 산소를 함유하지 않는 기체 대기하에 정치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 물체상에 경화된 수지절연체를 형성하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 물체가 전기적 전도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
