본 고안은 외부온도나 화학적 분해등에 의하여 기화팽창되는 물질(예컨데 휘발성액체, 연축전지의 전해액 황산등)을 담아 보관하거나 운반하는 밀폐용기내의 팽창압력을 소정치로 일정하게 유지시켜주는 안전밸브장치의 개량에 관한 것이다. 주지된 바와같이 외부의 온도나 화학적분해등에 의해 기화 팽창되는 물질을 담아 보관하거나 운반하는 밀폐용기에는 필히 그 안전장치로서 안전밸브를 장착하여 소정압력 이상으로 기화팽창되는 산무가스를 신속히 외부로 배출토록 하므로 과포화에 의한 용기의 파손과 폭발을 미연에 방지하였던 것은 널리 알려진 사실이었다.The present invention provides a safety valve device that maintains a constant expansion pressure in a sealed container that contains or evaporates materials (e.g. volatile liquid, sulfuric acid electrolyte of lead acid battery) by external temperature or chemical decomposition. 즉 밸브체(1)의 주벽에 평면상의 배기공(2)을 천공하고 그 배기공(2)상면이 덮어지도록 탄성이 양호하고 비교적 넓은폭의 원통형 고무밴드(3)를 복착하여서 된것인데, 이는 배기공(2)의 외연이 평면상으로 되어있기 때문에 밸브체(1)의 외주면이 매끈하고 원통형 고무밴드(3)의 탄성이 양호할 때는 비교적 용기내의 팽창압력에 의한 작동이 원활하나 원통형 고무밴드(3)가 노화되어 약간이라도 느슨하여지거나 제작시 밸브체(1)의 외주면이 매끈하지 못할때에는 그 밀폐성이 양호치 못하여 밀폐용기내의 소정압력 이하에서도 쉽게 고무밴드(3)와 밸브체(1)의 주벽간극 사이로 산무가스가 누설되어 용기내의 소정압력을 유지치 못할뿐 아니라 용기내의 수장된 기화물질의 과다배출로 인한 손실 또한 막대하였고 특히 이를 방지키 위하여 자주 원통형 고무밴드(3)를 교체해야하는 번거로움과 밸브체(1)의외 주면을 매끈하게 하기위한 제조상의 문제 및 이로인한 제품의 불량이 많아짐에 따라 생산가가 높아지는 등의 비경제적인 요인을 배제할 수가 있었다. 본 고안은 상기한 종래의 제반문제점을 감안하여 극히 간단한 구조로서 높은 성능의 안전밸브 장치를 제공코저 안출된 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.That is, it is made by drilling a planar exhaust hole 2 on the circumferential wall of the valve body 1 and attaching a cylindrical rubber band 3 of relatively wide elasticity so that the upper surface of the exhaust hole 2 is covered.
