Claims (17)

  1. 최소한 하나의 층별분리된 수화되었거나 또는 수화가능한 천연 또는 합성필로실리케이트와 이와 결합된 1차 아미노카르복실산, 리신오로테이트 및 글리실, 글리신으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 격자 평창제로 반드시 이루어지고, 상기 격자 팽창제의 최소한 일부가 상기 필로실리케이트의 격자내로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필로실리케이트가 베어미클라이트, 세피올라이트 및 소듐 몬모릴로나이트, 헥토라이트 등인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 팽창제가 알킬기가 1~12메틸렌기로 구성된 1차 아미노카르복실산, 베타-알라닌, 또는 1차 아미노카르복실산의 혼합물, 또는 2차 아미노산을 포함하는 1차 아미노카르복실산의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 추가적으로 4차 암모니움실란을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌, 테레프탈레이트 또는 은화합물과 같이 중합가능하고, 최소 일부분이 필로실리케이트 내부층 위에 들어가는 이온성의 유기 또는 무기 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격자 팽창제가 극성 액체용액내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔.
  7. 제1~6항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전조 및 중합된 형태로, 주형체 또는 필름형태로 된 겔로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제조품.
  8. 제1~6항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 필로실리케이트를 상기 필로실리케이트의 격자를 팽창시키는 격자 팽창제와 접촉시키고 나서 팽창된 필로실리케이트를 그 내부층 위에서 분리하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 겔 생산방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 층별분리력 즉 고 또 저에너지의 전면력을 팽창된 필로실리케이트를 그 내부층 위에서 분리하기 위해 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔 생산방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 향상된 밀도의 겔을 이루도록 미리 결정된 크기보다 큰 입자들이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔 생산방법.
  11. 제8,9 또는 10항에 있어서, 팽창제의 상당한 량이 겔로부터 분리되어 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔 생산방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 잔류 겔 내의 고체농도가 약 25%로 희석되어 압측주형, 사출성형, 또는 압출로써 원하는 형태로 되거나, 또는 스프레이 건조에 적합한 점도로 희석되어 스프레이 건조되거나, 또는 연속적인 시이트를 형성하기 위한 열 캘린더링 또는 테이프주조에 적합한 점도로 희석되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔 생산방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 재료가 원하는 형태로 성형되고, 성형체를 가열하여 용매를 제고하고 중합 및 교차연결을 용이하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔 생산방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 재료가 100~800℃ 범위의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔 생산방법.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, 1차 아미노카르복실산 용액의 PH가 필로실리케이트 첨가전의 등전점으로 맞추어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔 생산방법.
  16. 제8항에 있어서, 겔이 물에 분산되어 플록을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔 생산방법.
  17. 제8항에 있어서, 겔이 알칼리, 알칼리토, 또는 천이금속의 염화물, 아세테이트, 질산염, 인산염 또는 수산화물용액에 접촉된 뒤 겔이 파괴되어 이온교환된 플록이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔 생산방법.
