Claims (3)
- 아크릴로니트릴 중합체의 용액을 수용성 응고 배스에서 응고시키고, 물이 함유된 응고필름의물의 함량을 20-100중량 퍼센트(건조 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 했을때)로 조절한 후, 표면 온도가 65℃-95℃인 로울을 사용해 세로방향으로 필름을 신장시키고, 100°-180℃로 유지되는 대기에서 물의 함량이 세로 방향 신장 단계보다 적은 10-40중량 퍼센트(건조 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 했을 때)일때 텐터를 사용 해역 방향으로 필름을 신장시키는 단계로 구성된 아크릴로니트릴 중합체 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물이 함유된 응고된 필름의 물의 함량을 뜨거운 공기 건조법을 사용해 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴로니트릴 중합체 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물이 함유된 응고된 필름의 물의 함량을 50℃-90℃로 유지된 뜨거운 물에 필름을 담그고, 뜨거운 공기로 건조시키는 조합 방법에 의해 탈수하여 조절하는 것을 특징으로하는 아크릴로니트릴 중합체 필름의 제조방법.
