Claims (19)
- (1) 불순물을 함유하는 흡착제와 깨끗한 퍼어즈 가스를 준비하며: (2)뜨거운 퍼어즈 가스와의 직접열전달에 의해 불순물을 함유하는 흡착체를 뜨겁게하여 뜨거운 불순물을 함유하는 흡착제와 차가운 퍼어즈 가스가 되게하며: (3) 차가운 퍼어즈 가스를 가열시켜 뜨거운 퍼어즈 가스가 되게하며: (4)뜨거운 퍼어즈 가스로서 뜨거운 불순물을 함유하는 흡착제를 접촉시켜 불순물이 없는 흡착제와 불순물을 함유하는 퍼어즈 가스가 되게하며: 그리고, (5) 불순물이 없는 흡착제를 깨끗한 퍼어즈 가스와의 직접 열전달에 의해 깨끗하며 차가운 흡착제와 단계(2)의 더운 퍼어즈 가스가 되게하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도진동 재생에 의한 불순물을 함유하는 흡착제의 세척공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착제가 분자체인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착제가 실리카겔인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착제가 활성인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순물이 이산화탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순물이 물인것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퍼어즈 가스가 질소인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퍼어즈 가스가 산소인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퍼어즈 가스가 공지인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(2)와 (5)의 열전달 및 단계(3)의 물질전달이 흡착제와 퍼어즈 가스의 역행류 흐름에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(4)의 불순물을 함유하는 퍼어즈 가스가 적어도 부분의 단계(3)의 가열이 제공되도록 단계(2)의 차가운 퍼어즈가스와의 간접 열교환에 의해 차가와지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 부분의 단계(3)의 가열이 외부 가열기에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착제와 퍼어즈 가스가 예열영역내의 점에서 평형상태에 있는 예열영역에서 단계(2)의 열전달이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스트리핑 영역의 모든 점에서 가스의 온도가 불순물에 관련하는 퍼어지 가스와 흡착제가 평형상태에 있는 온도를 초과하는 스트리핑 영역에서 단계(4)의 물질전달이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 퍼어즈 가스와의 직접 열전달에 의해 불순물을 적재한 흡착제의 온도진동 재생을 위한 장치에 있어서, 예열영역, 스트리핑영역, 그리고 복열영역을 가지는 베셀이 포함되는데, 예열영역은 한쪽 종단에 가스출구와 반대쪽 종단에 가스입구를 가지며, 스트리핑 영역은 한쪽 종단에 가스입구와 다른쪽 종단에 가스출구를 가지나 이 가스출구는 가스수거 수단과 흐름연락 관계에 있으며, 복열영역은 한쪽 종단에 가스입구와 다른 종단에 가스출구를 가지나 이 출구는 가스수거 수단과 흐름연락 관계에 있으며, 복열영역 가스출구는 예열영역 가스출구와 흐름연락 관계에 있는것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 장치.
- 제15에 있어서, 배셀이 원주형인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제15에 있어서, 배셀이 수직으로 놓여진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제15에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 가스입구가 배셀단면적을 교차하여 들어가는 가스를 더욱 균등하게 분배하도록 배셀내부의 가스분배 수단과 통하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 각각의 영역이 복수의 수직으로 공간을 두었으며, 수평으로 놓여진 관통된 트레이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
