Claims (8)
- 밀봉표면 사이에서 얇은 필름 누설 유동 통로를 제공하도록 압련 경제의 밀봉표면에 대향하게 배치되고 상기 축과 함께 조합되는 밀봉 표면과, 상기 경계와 관련되는 밀봉 표면으로 구성되며, 상기 압력경계를 가로질러 기계적인 에너지를 전달하기 위하여 압력 경계를 통하여 연장되는 축을 취한 밀봉 조립체에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 표면의 최소한 하나의 실질적으로 질환 규소로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축밀봉 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 표면은, 하나가 상기 축상에 배치된 밀봉 런너(21)이고 다른 하나가 상기 하우징 내에서 축방향으로 변위가능하게 배치되는 밀봉링(17)인 상대적으로 변위 가능한 대향한 제1(17) 및 제2(21)밀봉 구성요소상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축 밀봉 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 구성 요소는 부재위에 형성된 상기 밀봉표면(18,22)을 가지는 고온 프레스 가공된 질화규소로 협성된 부재를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축 밀봉 조립체.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 표면(18,22)은 98% 순도의 고온 프레스 가공된 질화 규소로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축 밀봉 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 밀봉 표면은 방사상으로 테이퍼 되어 있으며, 상기 밀봉 포면(18,22)사이의 방사상 테이퍼의 각도는 말봉표면 사이에서 발생되는 유체필름의 합성속도가 밀봉표면(18,22)을 접촉하게 하는 것을 예방할 만큼 충분히 크지만 유체 필름 내에서 난류 유동을 발생하도록 하는 것을 예방하도록 할 만큼 충분히 작도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축 밀봉 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 구성요소는 상기 밀봉링(17)과 상기 밀봉 런너(21)를 탄력적으로 변형하기에 충분한 압출력에 의하여 서로를 향하여 편향되며, 상기 밀봉표면(18,22)사이의 방사상 테이퍼의 상기 각도는 변협후 합성각도가 밀봉 표면(18,22)사이에서 유체 유동 고유의 필름을 제공하도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축 밀봉 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 링(17)과 런너(21)의 외부 및 내부주변부(62,64)는 서로에 관하여 실질적으로 다른 각도(α,θ)로 테이퍼 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축 밀봉 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 링(17)과 런너(21)의 외부 주변부(62)는 590과 690마이크로 라디안 사이의 각도로 테이퍼 되어 있으며, 링(17)과 런너(21)의 내부 주변부(64)는 170과 270마이크로 라디안 사이의 각도로 테이퍼 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축밀봉 조립체※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
