Claims (10)

  1. 중앙축을 갖는 배럴과 상기 배럴의 방출단에 있는 노즐을 포함하는 분말 분무기로부터 고체 입자형 분말을 분무하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 고체 입자형 분말을 기류에 혼입하면서 분무기로 운반하고, 공기 혼입 분말의 분배를 균질화하기 위하여 상기 배럴의 상류측으로 인도되는 고속기류에 충돌되어 상기 기류내에서 분말이 보다 균일하게 분배되는 공기 혼입 분말을 역전 기류 증폭기를 통하여 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분무 방법.
  2. 공기에 혼입된 고체 입자형 분말 재료를 분무하는 분말 분무기에 있어서, 입구단 및 방출단과, 기류내에 혼입된 고체 입자형 분말을 상기 분무기의 입구단으로 운반하는 수단과, 상기 기류내에서 상기 분말을 균질화하기 위해 상기 분무기의 상류로 향한 압축공기로 된 고속기류에 상기 공기 혼입 분말을 충돌시켜 분말을 상기 기류전체 내에서 보다 균일하게 분배하는 충돌수단과, 상기 분무기 출구 상류와 상기 충돌수단의 하류에 있는 분무기에 연결되고 상기 분무기를 통하여 공기 혼입 분말이 통과하는 도중에 상기 분무기의 하류로 향한 고속 기류에 상기 공기 혼입 분말을 충돌시키도록 작동가능한 기류 증폭수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말분무기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 충격수단은 주변공기에 대해 개방된 하류단과 분말 수용 수단에 연결된 상류단을 갖는 역전 기류 증폭기를 포함하는 분말 분무기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배럴의 출구단에 인접하고 있으며 상기 분말의 넓은 분산 패턴을 형성하기 위하여 상기 분무기로부터 방출되는 도중에 공기 혼입 분말이 통과하는 발산형 표면을 갖는 분말 분산 전향기도 포함하는 분말 분무기.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기류 증폭수단은, 상기 분무기를 통한 분말의 흐름 통로를 형성하는 중앙구멍을 갖고 있고 주변 공기에 개방되고 상기 충격 수단과 유체 연결되는 입구를 갖는 증폭기 노즐과, 상기 증폭기 노즐을 둘러싸는 환형 공기실과, 상기 환형 공기실에의 입구와, 상기 공기 입구를 압축 공기원에 연결하는 수단과, 상기 환형 공기실을 상기 증폭기 노즐의 구멍에 연결하는 환형 오리피스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분무기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기류 증폭수단은 상기 환형 오리피스를 둘러싸는 환형 립을 가지며, 상기 립은 상기 오리피스로부터 방출된 공기를 상기 분무기 출구단을 향해 전향시키도록 작동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분무기.
  7. 공기 혼입 고체 입자형 분말을 분무하기 위한 분말 분무기에 있어서, 입구단 및 방출단과, 상기 분무기 입구단에서 기류내에 혼입된 고체 입자형 분말을 수용하는 수단과, 상기 기류내에서 상기 분말을 균질화 하기 위해 상기 분무기 상류로 향한 압축공기로 된 고속 기류에 상기 공기 혼입 분말을 충돌시켜 상기 기류 전체를 통해 상기 분말을 보다 균일하게 분배시키며 주변 공기에 대해 개방된 하류단 및 상기 분말수용 수단과 연결된 상류단을 갖는 역전 기류 증폭기를 포함하는 충돌 수단과, 상기 공기 혼입 분말을 역전 기류 증폭기로부터 상기 분무기 방출단까지 운반하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말분무기.
  8. 공기에 혼입된 고체 입자형 분말을 분무하기 위한 분말 분무기를 포함하는 분말 분무 시스템에 있어서, 상기 분무기가, 입구단 및 방출단과, 기류내에 혼입된 고체 입자형 분말을 상기 분무기 입구단으로 공급하기 위한 분말 펌프를 포함하는 공급수단과, 상기 공기혼입 분말을 상기 분무기의 상류로 향한 압축 공기로 된 고속기류에 충돌시키는 충돌수단과, 상기 분무기로부터의 분말 흐름을 예민하게 차단하기 위하여 상기 분말의 상류로 향한 압축 가스로된 고속기류의 흐름을 유지하면서 상기 공급수단으로부터 상기 분무기 입구단까지의 분말 흐름을 종료시키는 제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분무 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 분무기 출구 상류와 상기 출돌 수단의 하류에 있는 분무기에 연결되고, 주변 공기를 상기 기류 증폭수단으로 흡입하고 상기 분무기를 통하여 공기 혼입 분말이 통과하는 도중에 상기 분무기의 하류로 향한 고속 기류에 상기 공기 혼입 분말을 충돌시키도록 작동가능한 기류 증폭 수단도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분무 시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 충돌수단은, 주변공기에 대해 개방된 하류단과 상기 분말 수용 수단에 연통되는 상류단을 갖는 역전 기류 증폭기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분무 시스템.
