Claims (15)

  1. 극성 폴리더매트릭스에 대하여 접착강도가 뛰어난 폴리올레핀필라멘트를 제조하는데 있어서, 배열도가 높은 폴리올레핀필라멘트를 코로나 처리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착강도가 뛰어난 폴리올레핀필라멘트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제중량평균분자량이 4×105인 폴리올레핀 용액 또는 용해물을 방사하여 이 결과의 겔필라멘트를 높은 온도에서 신축비가 10 : 1로 신축시킴으로써 얻은 폴리올레핀 필라멘트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌과 공중합한 탄소원자가 3ㅡ8개인 하나 또는 그 이상의 올레핀을 5몰% 포함하고 탄소원자 100개당 하나 이하의 가지달린 사슬을 갖는 선형 폴리에틸렌으로 된 폴리올레핀이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에서 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 필라멘트를 주변 온도에서 총조사량을으로 하여 코로나 처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에서 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 총 조사량이인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에서 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 처리가 간헐적으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,의 조사량으로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에서 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 산소 및/또는 이산화탄소를 포함한 대기하에서 코로나처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 명세서와 실시예에 기술된 것을 특징으로 하여 접착 강도가 큰 폴리올레핀 필라멘트를 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에서 10항중 어느 하나에 따라 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀필라멘트
  11. 제1항에서 9항중 어느 하나에 따라 제조된 폴리올레핀 필라멘트를 극성폴리머 매트릭스 물질에 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하여 보강폴리머 매트릭스 물질을 제조하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 사용된 매트릭스 물질이 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르 또는 에폭시수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항 또는 13항에 따라 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유ㅡ보강폴리머 매트릭스 물질.
  14. 제13항에 따라 제조된 매트릭스를 일부 또는 전부로 하여 제조된 물건.
