Claims (2)

  1. 식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 식 (Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나 식 (Ⅳ)의 화합물 또는 그 알코홀레이트를 식 (Ⅴ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나 식 (Ⅵ)의 화합물을 식 (Ⅶ)의 화합물과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그 염의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R1과 R2는 각각 이 알킬기 ; R3은 피리다지닐기가 치환된 피리다지닐티오 또는 피리다지닐옥시중 최소한 하나로 치환된 페닐기 ; X는 산소 또는 유황원자 ; Hal은 할로겐원자 ; M은 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속 또는 암모늄 라디칼.
  2. 하기식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 활성 성분으로 함유한 살충-진드기 구충성 조성물.
    상기식에서 R1과 R2는 각각이 알킬기 ; R3은 피리다지틸기가 치환된 피리다지닐 또는 피리다지닐옥시기중 적어도 하나로 치환된 페닐기 ; X는 산소 또는 유황원자.
