Claims (5)
- 제조된 드릴형상 절삭가공구의 드릴부 지름과 대략 동일한 지름을 보유하는 대략 기둥모양의 동체부(101)의 적어도 일부분에 홈모양의 요철을 형성하는 것에 의하여 대략 드릴 형상으로 형성된 방전 부분을 갖춘 방전가공용 전극(106)을 준비하고, 이 전극(106)을 회전시키면서 전조 다이스(201)와 평행하게 이동시키면서 방전하는 것에 의하여, 전조 다이스에 드릴부 형성용 다수의 요철(207)(208)을 형성하며, 이 다수의 요철(207)(208)을 형성하며, 이 전조다이스에 의하여 선재 등의 피가공물을 전조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드릴형상 절삭가공구를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극의 방전부분이 제조되는 드릴형상 절삭가공구의 드릴부의 절삭홈 (6)및 랜드(9)의 각각 그 형상에 유사한 요철을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는드릴형상 절삭가공구를 제조하는 방법.
- 제조되는 드릴형상 절삭가공구의 드릴부 지름과 대략 동일한 지름을 보유하는 대략 기둥모양의 동체부(101)의 적어도 일부분에, 홈모양의 요철을 형성하는 것에 의하여 대략 드릴 형상으로 형성된 방전부분을 갖춘 방전가공용 전극(106)을 회전시키면서 다이스와 평행하게 이동시키는 것에 의하여, 상기한 전극(106)의 요철을 평면위에 반대로 전사(轉寫)한 다수의 요철(207)(208)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전조다이스.
- 제3항에 있어서, 다이스 윗부분에 나사산 형성용 다수의 홈(223)이 형성되고, 다이스 아래부분에 드릴부 형성용 다수의 요철(207)(208)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전조다이스.
- 제3항에 또는 제4항에 있어서, 아래 부분에 결사면(204)을 보유하는 제방부(203)가 돌출 형성되고, 적어도 경사면(204)에 드릴부 형성용 다수의 요철(207)(208)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전조다이스.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
