Claims (6)

  1. 다실형 유동층 반응장치에 있어서, 유동층부 및 우인도우 박스부를 칸막이벽으로 2이상으로 분할하고 이분할된 각실마다에 조성, 유량 및 온도의 선택자유한 반응가스 및/도는 불활성가스를 공급하여 입자의 생성, 입자의 반응 및 입자의 실사이의 이송량의 조정하에서 각실의 유동층, 이동층 또는 고정층 형성시켜서 됨을 특징으로 한 다실형 유동층 반응장치.
  2. 상기 두개 이상으로 분할된 각실에 조성, 유량 및 온도의 선택 자유한 반응가스 및 또는 불활성가스를 공급하여 입자의 생성, 입자의 반응 및 입자의 실사이의 이송량의 조정하에서 각실의 유동층, 이동층 또는 고정층을 형성시킴에 있어서 반응가스를 가스실링시킴을 특징으로 한 제1항기재의 장치.
  3. 상기 칸막이벽은 유동층 저면상에 접하여 설치한 칸막이벽 또는 유동층 저면상에 간격을 형성하여서 된 칸막이벽으로 됨을 특징으로 한 제1항기재의 장치.
  4. 상기 이동층은 그 분할된 실에 적어도 하나 포함됨을 특징으로 한 제1항 또는 제2항기재의 장치.
  5. 유동층 반응장치가 평판형 유동층 반응장치인 제1,제2 또는 제3항기재의 장치.
  6. 두실이상으로 분할한 고체-기체분리부를 구비한 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항기재의 장치.
