제1도 및 제2도는 종래의 로우터리 압축기의 요부단면도로서, 제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ 단면을 화살표방향에서 본 도면, 제3도 및 제4도는 본원 발명에 의한 로우터리 압축기의 일실시예의 요부단면도로서, 제4도는 제3도의 Ⅳ-Ⅳ 단면을 화살표방향에서 본 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 로울링피스턴을 구동하는 크랭크축의 베어링받이의 최소한 한쪽에, 그 내측의 압축실내에의 냉매의 인젝션구멍을 설치한 것에 있어서, 상기 크랭크축은 상기 압축실내에 위치하는 편심부를 가지고 있으며, 이 편심부는상기 크랭크축의 회전중에 있어서, 상기 인젝션구멍의 위치에 도달할 수 있는 직경을 가지며 또한 그 편심부측면은 상기 인젝션구멍이 설치되어 있는 베어링받이에 접촉하고 있으며, 상기 로울링피스턴은 상기 편심부 외주에 회동가능하게 장착되고, 또한 상기 베어링받이에 접촉되어 있음으로써 상기 편심부와 로울링피스턴의 쌍방에서 상기 인젝션구멍의 폐쇄를 달성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터리 압축기.
  2. 상기 인젝션구멍은 상기 로울링피스턴이 압축공정이 대충 완료하는 위치에 달했을때, 그 구멍 트인 곳의 가장자리가 상기 로울링피스턴의 바깥둘레와 같은 위치로 되며, 상기 압축완료위치보다 180°나아간 위치에 로울링피스턴이 달했을때 상기 인젝션구멍은 상기 편심부와 로울링피스턴의 쌍방에 의해 폐쇄되는 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 로우터리 압축기.
  3. 상기 로울링 피스턴은 두께가 얇게 되어 있는 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 로우터리 압축기.
