본 발명은 질석, 석면, 아스팔트, 합성고무를 주재로 한 방수 단열시트의 제법에 관한 것이다. 종래의 단열재로는 스티로폴, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌발포판이 주로 사용되었으나, 이들 단열재는 방수성이 없어 단열재 시공 후 방수 시공을 다시 해야 하는데 이들 단열재는 강도가 약하고 유연성이 커서 신축성이 큰 방수층도 붕괴 또는 크랙 현상이 발생하여 단열은 물론 방수 효과 마저 없어지는 결점이 있으며, 또한 질석과 석면을 응결 또는 압축하여 판상으로 한 단열재가 있었으나 이 역시 강우시 수분과 반응으로 수화열이 발생하여 몰탈층이 붕괴되고 수화열 때문에 천정밑이 더워져서 단열이 되지 않는 결점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a waterproof insulating sheet based on vermiculite, asbestos, asphalt and synthetic rubber.
