Claims (1)

  1. 다링톤 접속 트랜지스터(Tr1)의 콜랙터 FET(1)와 저항(R1) 및 제너 다이오드(Z1)으로 구성된 기준회로(2)의 단자(a) 다링톤 접속 트랜지스터(Tr2)의 콜랙터 및 FET(2)와 저항(R2) 및 제너 다이오드(Z2)로 구성된 기준회로(4)의 단자(a')에 +전원 단자 (가)를 연결하고, 기준회로(2)의 단자(b), 증폭기(A)의 접속단자(G),기준회로(4)의 단자(b′)를 접지단자(나)에 연결하며 기준회로(2)의 단자(C)를 다링톤 접속 트랜지스터(Tr2)의 베이스에 연결함과 동시에 기준회로(4)의 단자(C)를 증폭기(A)의 입력단자에 연결하고, 다링톤 접속 트랜지스터(Tr2)의 에미터를 증폭기(A)의 +전원 단자에 연결하되 증폭기(A)의 출력 단자를 저항(R4)을 통하여 다링톤 접속 트랜지스터(Tr1)의 베이스에 연결하며 증폭기(A)의 -입력단자, 다링톤 접속 트랜지스터(Tr1)의 에미터를 출력단자(0)에 연결하여된 것을 특징으로 하는 전송기용 정전압, 정전류 장치.
