본 고안은 UHF 안테나를 본체의 상면, 또는 측면에 매설 하거나 또는 접착시켜 본체와 일체화 시키는 VHF 안테나에 관한 것이다.
종전의 UHF 안테나를 설치하려면은 원형 또는, 사각형의 금속제 안테나를 TV 뒷면에 설치된 안테나 단자에 나사로 고정 설치하였던 것이다.
그러므로 안테나가 외부로 노출되기 때문에 안테나에 이물질이 둘러쌓여 수신 상태가 불량하였으며 오랜 시간을 고정시켰을 때에는 접속부에 녹이 생겨이로 인하여 접속 상태가 불량하여 수신 상태가 나빠지는 경우가 있으며, 또한, TV 본체를 케이스에 설치하려면은 안테나가 위로 불쑥 올라온 상태이므로 UHF 안테나를 분리시키지 않은 상태에서는 케이스내에 설치할 수 없으며, 제조 공정에서도 일괄성이 없어 작업능률도 저하되며, 소비자들이 안테나를 일일이 설치하여야 하는 분편 또한 있는 것이다.
본 고안은 이러한 문제점을 감안하여 TV 본체 제작시 UHF 안테나를 상면, 또는 측면에 매몰시키거나 접착제로 부착하는 일괄 제조공정으로 작업능률을 향상시킬 수 있으며 소비자들 또한 UHF 안테나를 별도로 설치하지 않아도 되는 것으로써 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본체(1)의 상면 또는 측면에 UHF 안테나(2)를 매몰 또는 접착제(3)로 설치하는 것이다.
이와같이 본 고안은 UHF 안테나의 충분한 투과성 및 지향성에 맞게 TV 본체(1)를 제작할때 UHF 안테나(2)를 본체(1)에 매몰시키거나, 접착제(3)를 사용하여 본체와 일체화시키는데, 보다 좋은 감도와 지향성을 받기 위하여 제1도와 같이 상면, 또는 측면에 UHF 안테나(2)를 설치할 수 있으며, 또한 상면, 측면중 어느 하 부분에만 매몰 또는 접착제(3)를 사용하여 설치할 수 있는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 TV 본체 제작시 UHF 안테나를 본체 표면부에 매몰 또는 접착제로 부착하여 TV 외관을 미려하게 하며, 안테나의 지향성을 좋게 하고 제조공정을 일괄성 있게 하여 작업 능률을 향상 시킬 수 있으며, 소비자들이 별도로 안테나를 부설하는 불편을 없게한 실용적인 고안인 것이다.

  1. UHF 안테나(2)를 매설하거나 접착제(3)로 접착하여 본체에 일체화시킴을 특징으로 하는 UHF 안테나.
