본 고안은 페타이어나 합성수지, FRP 등의 산업폐기물을원료로 하는 연소장치에 있어서 그 연소의 효과를 가일층 높일 수 있도록 한 건류식 개스화기의 2차공기공급장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에도 산업폐기물을 연소시키기 위한 여러 종류가 있었는 바, 그 일예로 표시한 제1도의 연소장치는 1차공기공급팬(5)에 의하여 약간의 공기가 연소실(1)의 하부에 형성된 공기공급노즐(3)을 통하여 공급되도록 하고, 공기공급노즐(3)의 상부에는 자갈과 모래로서 연소실 저면(2)을 이루게 하여 연소실(1)의 개폐문(1')으로 장입되는 산업폐기물의 연료를 점화구(4)의 열원에 의하여 서서히 연소되도록 한다음 연소실(1)에서 발생되는 열원을 연소관(6)을 통과할 때 연소관(6)의 점화버너(7)와 2차공기공급팬(5')에 의하여 완전연소시키므로서 연소관(6)의 선단에서 화염이 발생되도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a secondary air supply device of a dry gas type gasifier that can further enhance the effect of combustion in a combustion device using industrial waste materials such as tires, synthetic resins, and FRP.
