Claims (9)

  1. 개구를 갖고 있는 원통형 베어링 하우징;베어링이 상기 하우징의 상기 개구 내측에 장착된 베어링; 상기 베어링의 내측에 회전가능하게 장착된 전선 안내축을 포함하며, 상기 축은 상기 하우징에서 외측으로 연장되어 있고 상기축을 관통하는 전선 안내구멍을 갖고 있고, 상기 구멍은 시일드를 지닌 전선을 수용하기에 적합하며; 상기 축의 블레이드 슬로트에 수용된 블레이드 애지를 갖고 있는 전달 블래이드; 및 상기 축과 절단 블레이드 둘레에 설치된 가동칼라를 포함하며, 상기 칼라가 상기 하우징에서 외측 전방위치로 이동할 때 상기 블레이드가 추축회전하고 상기 블레이드 에지가 상기 블블레이드 슬로트 내에서 하향으로 이동하여 시일드를 절단하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하나이상의 전선둘레에서 시일드를 제거하기 위한 회전식시일드 스트리퍼.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 축의 일단에 장착된 제거용 헤드를 포함하고 상기 헤드를 관통하는 전선안내 홈을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 시일드 스트리퍼.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 전선안내홈은 시일드를 지닌 여러가지사이즈의 전선을 수용하기 위한 형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 시일드 스트리퍼.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 절단 블레이드는 상기 축의 상부의 피버트 홀에 수용된 피버트 아암을 포함하고, 상기 칼라가 전방위치로 이동할 때 상기 블레이드가 상기 피버트 아암에서 추축회전 하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 시일드 스트리퍼.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 칼라는 캠표면을 지닌 칼라 흠을 갖고 있고, 상기 캠 표면이 상기 블레이드와 결합하면서 상기 절단 블레이드의 상부가 상기 홈내에 수용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 시일드 스트리퍼.
  6. 개구를 갖고 있는 원통형 베어링 하우징; 상기 하우징의 상기 개구 내측에 장착된 베어링; 상기 베어링 내측에 회전가능하게 장착된전선 안내축을 포함하며, 상기 축은 상기 하우징에서 외측으로 연장되어 있고 상기 축을 관통하는 전선 안내구멍을 걸고 있고, 상기 구멍은 시일드를 지닌 상기 전선을 수용하기에 적합하고; 상기 축의 일단에 장착되고 전선 안내구멍을 걸고 있는 제거용헤드를 포함하며, 상기 전선 안내홈이 상기 전선 안내구멍과 연통하며; 그 일단에 블레이드 에지를 걸고 있는 긴 절단 블레이드를 포함하며, 상기 블레이드 에지는 상기 축의 블레이드 슬로트 내에 수용되어 있고, 상기 블레이드는 상기 축의 상부에서 피버트 홀에 수용된 비버트 아암을 걸고 있고, 또한 상기 축과 절단 블레이드 둘레에 설치된 가동칼라를 포함하며, 상기 칼라가 상기 하우징에서 외축 전방위치로 이동할 때 상기 블레이드가 상기 피버트 아암에서 추축 회전하고 상기 블레이드 에지가 사이 블레이드 슬로트내에서 하향으로 이동하여 시일드를 절단하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하나 이상의 전선 둘레에서 시일드를 제거하기 위한 회전식 시일드 스트리퍼.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 칼라는 칼라 홈을 걸고 있고 캠 표면을 지닌 상기 칼라의 내주의 길이를 따라 상기 홈이 제공되어 있고, 상기 절단 블레이드의 상부가 상기 홈내에 수용되어 있고 상기 칼라가 상기 축의 길이를 따라 이동할 때 상기 캠 표면이 상기 블레이드와 결합하도록 구성되어 있는 것이 특징인 회전식 시일드 스트리퍼.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 축의 선단에 상기 제거용 헤드를 고착하기 위하여 사이 측의 선단과 상기 제거용 헤드내에 나사결합된 스톱 스크류를 포함하고, 상기칼라가 상기 축의 전방위치 외측으로 이동할 때 상기 스톱 스크류가 상기 가동칼라의 측면과 결합하도록 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 시일드스트리퍼.
