Claims (3)

  1. 복수개의 염료원액, 조제원액 및 물, 소망에 따라 분체 1 및 또는 날염풀의 지정량을 유출시키면서 순차적으로 복수개를 조합(調合)하는 염액 자동조합장치로서 염액원액, 조제원액 및 물을 각각 수용하는 용기와, 이 용기에 연결한 밸브 및 유출 파이프와 분체 및 날염풀을 각각 수용하는 용기 및 공급장치와, 상기 원액등을 수입(受入)하는 복수개의 수입용기와, 이 수입용기에 수입된 상기 염료원액의 중량변화를 전기신호로 변환하는 계중(計重)장치와, 상기 수입용기가 복수개 올려 놓여지는 이송장치와, 수입용기의 하방에 배설한 상기 계중장치를 상하 이동시키는 승강장치를 설치하여 이루어지고, 미리 정한 설정치에 대응한 염료원액, 조제원액 및 물을 유출시키기 위한 밸브와 개폐제어기구와 소망에 따라 분체 및 날염풀의 공급량 제어기구를 구비하고, [I] 이송장치의 정위치 세트-[Ⅱ] 계중장치의 상승에 의한 수입용기의 재치-[Ⅲ] 수입용기로와 염료원액의 유입 및 계량-[Ⅳ] 계중장치의 하강에 의한 수입용기의 개방-[Ⅴ] 이송장치의 이송 및 정위치 세트-[Ⅵ] 수입용기로의 조제원액 및 물, 소망에 따라 분체 및 또는 날염풀의 유입을 1사이클로 하는 조작을 하고, 또한, 상기 [Ⅰ]로부터 [Ⅲ]의 조작과 병행하여 [Ⅵ]의 조작을 연속하여 복수회 행하기 위한 제어기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 염액자동 조합장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 계중장치가 전자천평인 것을 특징으로 하는 염액자동조합장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 이송장치가 회전테이블 또는 주회(周回, 순환) 컨베이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 염액 자동조합장치.
