젖은 주방쓰레기를 30kg/cm2이상의 압력으로 압축하여 탈수하므로써 그 발열량을 향상시키는 젖은 주방 쓰레기의 가연처리법에 있어서, 상기 압축공정에 있어서 배출되는 착즙을 3 내지 5중량의 희석수에 의하여 희석하고 9메시 내지 500메시의 입경의 것이 85 내지 95중량 %의 범위가 되도록 입도조정된 미분탄을 이 희석액의 고형분 100중량부당 30 내지 200중량부 첨가 혼합하고 또, 필요에 따라 나프타카아본, 오일카아본 등의 응집보조제, 철염, 황산밴드, 차아염 소산소오다. 폴리염화알루미늄 등의 등전점설정제, 가성소오다, 석회유(乳)등의 중화제 및 고분자 응집제 등의 플록강화제를 첨가하여 고액분리를 연속적으로 실시하고 이어서 침강응집물을 탈수하여 채집한 함탄케이크를 상기 젖은 주방쓰레기에 혼합하여 압축을 실시하는 특징으로 하는 젖은 주방쓰레기의 가연처리법.In the combustible treatment method of wet kitchen waste which improves the calorific value by compressing the wet kitchen waste to a pressure of 30 kg / cm 2 or more, the juice discharged in the compression process is diluted by 3 to 5 weight dilution water and Pulverized coal is adjusted to 30 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of solids of this diluent, and mixed with naphtha carbon, oil carbon, etc., if necessary.
