Description

조립식 칸막이의 높이조절장치

본 고안은 분해조립이 용이하고 연속적으로 조립하여 사용할 수 있도록 된 조립식 칸막이의 높이를 조절하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
통상적으로 조립식 칸막이는 건물의 넓은 실내를 구획하여 사용하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 대부분의 칸막이는 설치하였을 때 바닥면에도 밀착되지 않고, 천정에도 닿지않아 장소를 바꾸어도 쉽게 설치하여 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있으나, 사람이 책상에서 일어나면 칸막이의 반대편이 모두 시야에 들어오며, 또한 완전히 밀폐가 되지 않기 때문에 방음이 되지않아, 업무에 많은 지장을 주었다.
따라서 근래에 와서는 임시적으로 실내를 구획하여 사용하는 조립식 칸막이도 바닥면과 천정에 밀착되게 설치하여 방음이 잘되고 외부와 완전히 차단되게 하는 반영구적인 형태로 설치하여 사용하는 것이 관용되어 오고 있다.
그러나 이와 같이 바닥면과 천정에 밀착되게 설치하는 조립식 칸막이는 일단 설치하여 사용하다가 사무실을 이전한다거나 또는 다른방에 설치할 때는 건물마다 바닥에서 천정까지의 높이가 전부 다르기 때문에 조립식 칸막이를 다른장소로 이전하여 설치하기가 매우 어려운 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안에서는 상기와 같은 점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로 조립식 칸막이의 하단부에 별도로 높이조절장치를 부착하여 조립식 칸막이를 사용하다 타장소로 이전하여 설치할 때 방의 높이가 조금씩 다르더라도 손쉽게 높이조절장치를 조립식 칸막이가 바닥면과 천정에 밀착되게 설치하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 것으로서 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상측으로는 조절공(3)이 천공된 칸막이 지지부(5)와 나사공(12)이 형성되고 하측으로는 받침대(10)의 내측벽면(4)(4')의 폭과 동일한 폭으로 된 지지벽(6)(6')이 일체로 형성된 승하강 조절구(7)와 나사공(12')이 형성되고 내측벽면(4)(4')의 상단부가 지지벽(6)의 두께(a)만큼 턱이져 절단되어 지지벽(6)(6')이 내측벽면(4)(4')으로 밀착되어, 삽입될 수 있도록 된 받침대(10)를 조절나사(11)로서 서로 결합시켜 된 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 제3도와 같이 조립식 칸막이(15)를 받치고 있는형의 상측커버(13)와형의 하측커버(14)사이에 설치하여 사용하는 것으로 조절나사(11)를 좌우로 회전시킴에 따라 승하강 조절구(7)가 상하로 이동하게 된다.
따라서 승하강 조절구(7)가 상하로 이동함에 따라형 상측커버(13)도 상하로 이동하고, 또형의 상측커버(13)에 설치된 조립식 칸막이(15)도 상하로 이동될 수 있다.
그러므로 일단 일정한 장소에 설치하여 사용하다가 장소를 이동하여 설치할 때는 천정의 높이가 조금틀리더라도 조절나사(11)를 회전시켜 승하강 조절구(7)를 승하강시키면 조립식 칸막이는 쉽게 바닥면과 천정에 밀착되게 고정시킬 수 있다.
또한 본원에서는 승하강 조절구(7)의 지지벽(6)(6')이 받침대(10)의 내측벽면 (4)(4')에 밀착되기 때문에 승하강 동작시 전혀 유동이 발생하지 않으며,형의 하측커버(14)에는형의 상측커버(13)가 씌워진 상태이므로 높낮이를 조절하여도 외관상 아무런 흔적이 남지않고, 바닥과 천정사이에 조립식 칸막이(15)가 밀착되는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 조립식 칸막이를 실내의 바닥면과 천정에 밀착되게 설치함에 있어, 장소가 변동되어 실내의 천정높이가 변하더라도 항시 조립식 칸막이를 바닥면과 천정사이에 밀착되게 설치할 수 있는 특징이 있다.

  1. 상측으로 조절공(3)이 천공된 칸막이 지지부(5)와 나사공(12)이 형성되고 하측으로는 폭이 받침대(10)의 내측벽면(4)(4')사이의 거리와 동일한, 지지벽(6)(6')이 일체로 형성된 승하강 조절구(7)와, 나사공(12')이 형성되고 내측벽면(4)(4')의 상단부가 지지벽(6)(6')의 두께(a)만큼 턱이져 절단된 받침대(10)를 조절나사(11)로 결합하여 된 조립식 칸막이의 높이조절장치.
