본 고안은 프린트 기판상에 형성된 입, 출력도선에 연결시켜 전자회로 부품에 직접적인 열을 가하지 않도록함과 동시, 프린트 기판의 파손을 방지하도록 하는 프린트 기판용 콘넥터에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a connector for a printed board that is connected to input and output wires formed on a printed board so as not to directly apply heat to electronic circuit components, and at the same time, to prevent damage to the printed board.
종래프린트 기판과 프린트 기판과를 회로 설계에 의해 연결시키거나, 프린트 기판에 형성된 입, 출력도선으로 부터 임의로 도선을 인출하는 것에 있어서는, 도선을 직접 프린트기판상의 입, 출력 도선에 납땜을 행하여 도선을 인출하여 왔으나, 이에 있어서는 인출도선을 프린트 기판상에 납땜할때 이의 열에 의해 전자부품을 손상시키는 경우가 발생되어 왔고, 또한 인출도선을 프린트 기판상으로부터 탈리하거나 변경하고자 할 경우에는 재차 전자부품측에 열이 가해지므로서 전자부품의 수명을 단축시키는 결과를 초래하고 뿐만 아니라, 인출도선과 프린트기판상의 접촉점이 망손됨과 동시, 접촉불량에 의해 회로 작동이 불능이 되는 결함등이 있어왔다.In connecting a conventional printed circuit board and a printed circuit board by a circuit design, or arbitrarily drawing lead wires from input and output wires formed on the printed board, the lead wires are soldered directly to the input and output wires on the printed board. 본 고안은 상기와 같은 결함을 해소하고 프린트기판에 형성된 입, 출력도선과의 접촉을 원할하게 하기 위한 것으로서 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 즉, 내 상단에 돌턱(1')이 형성된 본체(1)에 삽지구(2)를 형성하고, 이에돌턱(3')이 형성된 핀(3)을 삽착하되, 핀(3)은 상단부가 절곡된 괘지부(4)를 가짐과 동시, 하단부에 보강홈(5)(5')을 형성하고, 하단양측에 고정핀(6)(6')을 돌출시켜서된 것으로, 도면중 미설명부호 (1'')는 본체(1)에 형성된 구획판, 7은 프린트기판, 8은 프린트기판(7)에 형성시킨 입, 출력도선, 9는 전자부품, 10은 핀(3)에 연결시키는 도선이다.The present invention is to solve the above defects and to smoothly contact with the input and output wires formed on the printed board as described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.
