Claims (17)

  1. 음극; 음극 감극제; 비수성 전도성 전해질; 및 액성 암모니아내의 용액으로부터 용착시켜 제조한 다공성 리튬으로 이루어진 전극으로 구성된 비수성 전기화학 전지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전극이 언급된 다공성 리튬 피복된 고형기판으로 이루어져 있는 전기화학 전지.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 기판이 전기적으로 전도성인 전기화학 전지.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 언급된 기판이 리튬인 전기화학전지.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 기판이 전기적으로 절연성인 전기화학 전지.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 언급된 기판이 세라믹, 유리 또는 폴리머인 전기화학 전지.
  7. 음극; 음극 감극제로 이루어진 비수성, 전도성 액체 전해질; 및 액성 암모니아내의 용액으로부터 용착시켜 제조한 다공성 리튬으로 이루어진 고체전극으로 구성된 전기화학 전지.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 언급된 음극 감극제가 이산화황, 옥시할라이드 및 티오할라이드(이 때, 옥시할라이드와 티오할라이드는 공유결합된 무기화합물이다)중에서 선택한 한가지 이상의 물질로 이루어진 전기화학 전지.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 언급된 음극감극제가 이산화황, 염화티오닐, 염화설퍼릴 또는 포스포러스 옥시클로라이드인 전기화학 전지.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 전해질이, 언급된 음극감극제와 리튬에 거의 불활성이며, 음극감극제에 용해된 한종류 이상의 전해질염을 함유하는 액성음극감극제로 이루어진 전기화학 전지.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 전해질염이 하기 일반식의 4급 암모늄염인 전기화학 전지.
    상기 일반식에서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 독립적으로 탄소수 1내지 20의 하이드로카빌그룹이며, X-는 퍼클로레이트, 테트라플루오로보레이트, 헥사플루오로포스테이트, 디티오나이트, 설페이트, 포스페이트, 클로라이드, 브로마이드, 요오다이드 또는 플루오라이드이다.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 전해질염이 리듐 퍼클로레이트, 리튬 디티오나이트, 리튬 설페이트, 리튬 테트라플루오로보레이트, 리튬 헥사플루오로포스페이드, 리튬 브로마이드 및 리튬 클로라이드 중에서 선택한 리튬염인 전기화학 전지.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 언급된 음극감극제가 이산화황인 전기화학 전지.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 언급된 전극이 언급된 고형기판에 다공성 리튬 피복된 것인 전지화학 전지.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 언급된 기판이 리튬인 전기화학 전지.
  16. 제7항에 있어서, 언급된 전해질이 언급된 이산화황 및 리튬에 거의 불황성이며 음극감극제에 용해된 한가지 이상의 전해질염을 함유하는 액체 이산화황인 전기화학 전지.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 두가지 이상의 전해질염이 언급된 이산화황에 용해되며, 언급된 전해질염중의 한가지가 리튬염이고 두번째것은 4급 암모늄염인 전기화학 전지.
