Claims (1)

  1. 흡입구(2)에서 배출구(3)로 이르는 유로(4a)(4b)의 흡입구쪽 및 배출구쪽에 포핏(5a)(5b)(6a)(6b)에 의하여 개폐되는 밸브시이트(9a)(9b)(12a)(12b)를 각각 설치하고, 상기한 각각 그 밸브시이트를 개폐하는 각각 그 포 핏을 각각 대향하는 압력실(8a)(8b)(11a)(11b)에 가해지는 압력유체의 압력차에 의하여 작동시킴과 아울러, 가변주파수의 펄스신호에 동기한 타이밍으로서 상기한 흡입구쪽의 압력실(8a),(8b)에 상기한 대응하는 포핏(5a),(5b)가 대응하는 밸브시이트(9a),(9b)를 개방하는 방향으로 압력을 가함과 아울러 소정의 시간을 경과한 타이밍으로서 상기한 배출구쪽의 압력실(11a),(11b)에 상기한 대응하는 포핏(6a),(6b)가 대응하는 밸브시이트(12a),(12b)를 폐쇄하는 방향으로 압력을 가하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
