Claims (8)

  1. 한 표면이 다른 표면쪽으로 개방된 홈을 가진 2개의 인점표면들을 밀폐하기 위한 수압유체 시일에 있어서, 상기 홈에 맞추기 적합하게 되어있는 밀폐부재와, 그 밀폐부재의 밀폐표면 앞에서 소성 변형하는 부분을 가진 상기 밀폐부재의 소성 변형성 간섭부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압유체 시일.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밀폐부재가 상기 홈에 맞추기 적합하게 되어있는 U형 단면으로 되어있고, 간섭부재는 U형 부재의 다리를 사이에서 시일로부터 매달린 다수의 핀들이고, 그 길이는 상기 표면들이 조립될때 상기 핀들이 길이방향으로 소성 변형되게 되어있는 수압유체 시일.
  3. 제1항 혹은 제2항에 있어서, 시일이 보강나일론 혹은 유사물질로 되어있는 수압유체 시일.
  4. 케이스, 상기 케이스에 있는 1조의 교합로우터를 기어를 포함하고, 상기 기어들은 축방향 스텁축들이 상기 케이스에 저어널 되어있는 로우터리 기어펌프 혹은 모터에 있어서, 기어의 단부들과 케이스 사이에 놓이기 적합하게 되어있는 로우터리 기어쌍의 대응단부들을 위한 단일 추력판으로서, 기어단부를 받치기 적합하게 된 정면과 케이스를 받치는 배면이 이쓰며 기어들보다 더 연한 금속으로 되어있는 추력판, 기어스텁 축들을 수용하도록 상기 추력판을 관통하여 연장하는 1조의 간격진 개구부들, 적어도 일측에서 상기 각 개구부로부터 일정간격 떨어져 있고 그 개구부를 둘러싸도록 배면에 있는 1조의 연결된 적어도 절반 환상홈들, 상기 환상홈들을 그 최근접 지점들에서 연결하도록 배면에 있는 홈, 몸체의 양측면에 적어도 2개의 실질적으로 동일한 지역을 형성하는 적어도 절반환상인 홈들을 연결하는 홈에 대략 마주보게 상기 각 환상홈으로부터 몸체의 원주까지 연장하는 배면에 있는 적어도 하나의 홈, 몸체의 배면상에 결합된 홈들을 가지며 홈의 하방으로 열린 U형 가스켓의 구멍과 함께 상기 홈들 안으로 밀폐되게 끼워진 대략 U형의 비탄성체 밀폐가스켓, 그리고 상기 가스켓을 상기 홈들 밖으로 부분적을 밀어 케이스와 밀폐접촉하게 하는 소성변형 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터리 기어펌프 혹은 모터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 소성변형 수단은 U형 가스켓의 다리를 사이에 늘어져있고 가스켓 걸이를 따라 서로 일정간격 떨어져 있으며 가스켓과 일체로 되어있는 다수의 핀들인 로우터리 기어펌프 혹은 모터.
  6. 기어단부들을 받치기 적합하게 된 정면과 그 정면에서 일정간격 떨어지고 거기에 대략 평행한 배면을 가진 8자형으로 배열된 1조의 연결된 링들의 형태인 금속몸체, 기어축들을 수용하도록 링들을 통하는 1조의 개구부들, 적어도 일측위에서 상기 각 개구부를 둘러싸고 거기에서 일정간격 떨어져 배면에 있는 1조의 적어도 절반환상인 홈들, 상기 환상홈들을 그 최근접 지점들에서 연결하며 배면에 있는 홈, 몸체의 양측위에 적어도 두개의 실질적으로 동일한 지역을 형성하는 환상홈들을 연결하는 홈들에 대략 대향하게 적어도 절반환상인 각 홈에서 몸체의 원주까지 방사상으로 연장하며 배면에 있는 적어도 하나의 홈, 몸체의 배면위에 결합된 홈들의 윤곽의 가지며, 그 홈의 하방으로 열린 U형 가스켓의 개구부와 더불어 상기 홈을 안으로 끼워지는 대략 U형의 비탄성체 가스켓, 및 상기 가스켓을 상기 홈들 밖으로 부분적으로 밀어내어 이케스와 밀폐 접촉하도록 상기 가스켓 위에서 평시에 작용하는 소성변형 수단으로 구성된 로우터리 기어펌프 혹은 모터에 있는 1조의 협동 기어들의 대응 단부들을 위한 압력판.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 소성변형 수단은 U형 가스켓의 다리들 사이에 늘어져잇고 그 가스켓 길이를 따라 서로 떨어져 있으며 그 가스켓과 일체로 되어있는 다수의 핀들인 압력판.
