Claims (7)
- 제1의 유체를 비교적 높은 점도를 가지는 제2의 유체내에 분산시키는 방법에 있어서, (a) 상류종단에서 오프닝을 가지며, 하류종단에서 오프닝을 가지고, 그리고 상류종단에서 하류종단까지 진행하는 가상 중심축을 가지는 피압구역을 제공하며 : (b) 제2의 유체가 상류종단의 오프닝으로부터 하류종단의 오프닝을 통해 지나가게 하는 방식으로 상류종단의 오프닝에서 피압구역으로 제2의 유체를 도입하며 : (c) 다수의 스트림으로 제1의 유체를 분할하고 다음(ⅰ), (ⅱ) 그리고 (ⅲ)에 의해 병행하게 제2의 유체내에 스트림을도입하며: (ⅰ)스트림의 수는 피압구역 단면적(ft2)당 약 25스트림에서 단면적(ft2)당 약 1000스트림이며 : (ⅱ) 단면은 축에 수직이며 : 그리고 (ⅲ)스트림은 서로가 대략 등거리이며, 스트림사이의 간격은 약 0.375에서 약 2.5인치인 상기의 단계를 포함시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 분산방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 스트림이 수는 단면적(ft2)당 약 50에서 약 600스트림인 것을 특징으로하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기2항에 있어서, 스트림 사이의 거리가 약 0.5 내지 약 1.7인치임을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기1항에 있어서, 제2의 유체가 약 10에서 약 15중량 %펄프고체와 같은 값의 알칼리성 용액의 혼합물을 포함하는 펄프덩어리 임을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 4항에 있어서, 제1의 유체는 산소이고, 산소는 약 2,5배에서 약 7.5산소 킬로그램/고체펄프 톤의 양중에서 펄프덩어리에 도입함을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
- 상기 1항에 있어서, 제1의 유체/제2의 유체분산은 피압구역의 하류에서 혼합하는 것을 특징으로하는 상기의 방법.
